这是我第二次入住这家酒店。酒店设施齐全，价格实惠。

员工热情周到。房间干净宽敞。周边生活必需品和餐饮选择丰富，购买方便。

我住了四天三晚，非常愉快。走累了，回到房间休息，房间已经准备好了，感觉真的很舒服。虽然我带了一位病人，但酒店还是安排了一间舒适的房间，让病人能够安心健康地入住。只是在13号到15号换房的时候有点不高兴，虽然我亲自和经理沟通过，但酒店管理层似乎不太愿意帮忙。让我非常不满的是，我不是唯一一个遇到这种情况的人，有四间房一共八个人，在不知道我们取消的房间状态的情况下，就被安排入住13号到15号的房间。如果这种情况影响到了我们，我希望以后入住兰卡苏卡酒店的客人不会再遇到同样的问题。

房间舒适宽敞，设施齐全，给我们留下了深刻的印象。房间里有熨斗、空调和风扇，应有尽有，甚至还有迷你冰箱。真是太棒了！我很喜欢，我的朋友们也很喜欢。

酒店靠近商场，干净，舒适

hotel yang sangat selesa dalam mall.. easy acsess kedai makan,dobi just cafe die for me.. not my test.. but its ok .

1) Phone out of service, 2) hair dryer can't be used, 3) not even one Chinese channel, TV channels 8tv malaysia TV network also don't have, but Thailand, Japan, India channels available, requested to have at least one Chinese channel, at last set a Chinese channel just with all the news not even one movie or drama, till I. Checked out although requested again, promised but the technician just ignored. Wasting my time to let them in my room just to set the Chinese channel. 4) The light around the mirror can't work, 2 technician came for two days just to repair the light. Really annoyed with the hotel, what kind of service provided, never checked whether the room is good for guest to have a comfortable stay. Stay 3nights, never stay this hotel again for my next visit.

Hotel is good. Already refurbished. Location is awesome. Recommended.

Proses check in & check out mudah dan cepat, staff front desk sangat helpful dan mesra. Keep it up! Cuma mohon penambahbaikan untuk selenggaraan kerana masa saya check in 10 Feb baru ini hot shower tidak berfungsi, setelah banyak kali aduan baru dapat pindah bilik. Overall stay di Langkasuka sangat baik ditambah dengan lokasi strategik.

The room is spacious but have to try and error the use of fan switch since it is written in Mandarin. The door for shower is not fix yet hence it wet the floor when we took the shower. Since the day we arrived, a lot of guests staying there but it seems that they didn't prepared enough food for breakfast. Other guests have to wait for the breakfast to be refills.

Hotel Langkasuka ni paling best sebab semua kemudahan ada di persekitaran hotel, bilik besar selesa walaupun 1 bilik muat untuk 2 dewasa dan 2 anak remaja (bilik triple deluxe) harga hanya rm117 ++ termasuk sarapan. Menu hari pertama banyak pilihan cuma hari ke 2 kurang pilihan mungkin disebabkan tetamu hotel tidak ramai. Cuma 1 je agak tidak puas hati ialah tandas bilik air dindingnya tidak disental dan nmpk kekuningan tebal disetiap sudut dinding tu, tapi saya complaint dekat reception so masalah dapat di atasi. Bilik murah bebaloi la dengan apa yang kamu dapat. Kemudahan grab paling senang nak acess.

Kamarnya luas dan bagus. Juga sarapan paginya enak.

The FO very friendly.. I've call them to Check In earlier 1PM.. and they happily let us in as my husband having seasickness from ferry.. the service quite good.. room at level 4 as I take the standard room and very close to swimming pool and gym. we can used them till 9pm..

I saw two cockcroach inside the hotels. the heater is not in proper function the water is cool.
