酒店位于斗湖镇附近。酒店比较老旧，房间地毯需要更换。

酒店非常宽敞，员工友善，环境优美。

工作人员协助将大包搬到房间。

办理入住时感觉有点不自在。似乎酒店里有贵宾之分。希望酒店能向登记处下达明确的规定，按照“先到先得”的原则为每位客人办理入住。毕竟，我们和其他客人一样，都是付费入住的。

卧室里烟味很重。浴室设施陈旧，淋浴也无法使用。此外，床单和窗帘上都有明显的污渍。电视机也坏了，而且整晚都有奇怪的巨响，让人无法入睡。

最好……花点钱睡3号房⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

非常棒，与购物中心融为一体，住在这里感觉就像在家里一样。

酒店还不错……停车也很方便……离购物中心很近……

Overall, superb hotel. Would definitely repeat if going to Tawau again and I don't have other hotels in mind.

The TV was working at all during my 2 night a stay. The curtains were dirty and towels were worn out.

Kondisi kamar kotor, karpet lantainya kusam dan keliatan jorok, begitu juga dengan kondisi kamar mandinya. Saran saja: perlu renovasi lagi untuk kamarnya, harga tidak sesuai dengan kondisi kamar.

This happen for room 118. All plug cannot be use to charge our handphone except plug near the mini fridge. Only receive 1 towel and no spoon for stir coffee. When we request this items with reception no one deliver it. No remote TV and TV is broken not able to change the channel. The carpet all the dirties, got all old stains can't be remove.

The lobby was so nice, but the room hallways & the bathroom lamps bring us back to the early 20s old school vibe.

Bilik ok, cuma dah request large bed, dapat twin bed

Bilik luas cuma carpet sedikit lusuh. Tandas juga berfungsi dengan baik. Hotel terbaik so far.

To comfortable to stay. So beautyful place and recomended.
