everything in place,basically its a hotel but u cant expect 5 star..theres even teambuilding facilities but not for guest.tiles are old and can be heard moving.

Saya ada problem dalam dapat kan bilik, Saya booking bilik yang tak boleh cancell Dan Tak boleh reschedule ... bila Saya ke kaunter hotel, customer service kata, bilik Saya Tak ada.. I'd Tak jumpa... Saya call traveloka pun Tak dapat, busy, Tak de yang angkat.. Selepas 20 minit,staff hotel kata,Saya dah tukar tarikh ke 2 jun.... sedangkan, bilik yang saya tempah Tak boleh reschedule& Saya xpernah tukar tarikh. Saya Tak tahu Salah siapa disini, adakah dari pihak traveloka ataupun hotel... Pengalaman pertama Saya yang amat sedih.Terpaksa tunggu hampir 1jam.Hotel -hotel sebelum ni tak ada masalah pun...

tilam dah lama & patut ganti baru, tv dah nak rosak, channel tv tak banyak dan bosan, bilik mandi dan tandas tidak dibersihkan dengan sempurna

I can't believe this is the quality of a 4 star hotel. I was welcomed by smelly room (smell like damp clothes), no hotel like smell. Floor was dusty, curtain full of mold/fungus, and the breakfast menu and taste are terrible. Breakfast from stalls nearby taste way better than so called 4 hotel.

Nearest beach was 5 min walking distance. The scenery was beautiful. The room was spacious. However, hygiene was a major let down. The bathroom had multiple stains and hairs. The pool area was soiled with bird droppings. Breakfast lacks variation and taste.

The room smell like old room so bad my son got back from there have alergic and breakfast all table the staff not clean it short of staff maybe I never going there again.

Great environment, friendly staff, good foods, clean room. Very nice stay. Will come back.

Wow words can't explain how dumbfounded I was. This hotel is rundown and dirty! Smelly! Dark and musty! Its as if they're not even trying. Our room was dusty and furnitures are old. The door lock need some updating lah wei. Zaman kuno. Bbut I can give a star for the view from the hotel. Other than that, boleh laah kalau nak hotel murah tapi besar with nice view and access to the so-so beach nearby. The kids definitely love the pool. They left the lobby floor wet, from the stairs to the inside of the lift. Just adds up to the sloopiness and weird smell.

Location and the room was excellent. Definitely will be coming back later.

Need to improve and do some maintenance and the material looks old. Since prices are expensive.

Metal key room missing. I am so sad my RM50 fly 💸.

Overall experience is fine. Distance walking distance to beach. Kindly improve on your room cleanliness. The floor was wet and sticky when enter to the room. Breakfast still can be improved. Thanks.

Room was spacious, comfy, nice view of the sea, breakfast was good, really makes your vacation splendid.
