It's a quite nice hotel. The greatest thing here is the Android TV with Netflix accounts. Overall, it's worth staying here

Good location and the staffs are friendly. Shower is running slow. The water is sometime hot and cold. No mirror in the room. The carpet at walk way is smelly and the breakfast is disappointing.

Hotel yang bagus, fasilitas lumayan lengkap, dekat tempat makan dan mall, pelayanan bagus.

Bilik terlalu kecil. Perkakas didalam bilik sudah lama. Menu makan pagi sangat teruk.

Ambil bilik sekali breakfast. Masa check in diberitahu ada breakfast. Esoknya bila pergi kafe no bilik tiada dalam senarai breakfast, so tak dapat breakfast maka pergila kafe berdekatan breakfast sendiri 💔

Food from outside not allowed. Will be fine If you bring it to the hotel. Air conditioner can't adjust to more cool. No window. Hotel carpet smelly. I don't like the breakfast, very limited and the half boil egg overcook. Not worth it

Parking berbayar. RM10 per entry. Tiada bahan ringkas minuman spt teh dll disediakan. Harga kurang sesuai dengan fasiliti. Thank you.

Overall OK. Location @ mall. However, room no slipper & coffee being provided. Breakfast time only start @7am which is too late for me, whereby I have to move around 6.40-7am for meeting. Thus I have no breakfast throughout my stay.

I booked premier room but got superior room instead. I did asked receptionist about the room and according to website description but unfortunately they said its old picture.

Penghawa dingin panas, layanan staf lain amat-amat mendukacitakan, tidak ramah dengan pelanggan. Staf lain ok, tak semua.

The room is too cold. no window. not worth the price. I had to take out the card from the card slot to switch off the power to switch off the aircond. the cleanliness should be given credit though.

nice hotel for that price. the only should be improved is the walking lane towards room. so gloomy and the carpet quite old. should put some air fresher along the lane.
