Had an amazing stay at Nirwana Beach & Resort Candidasa! The staff was super friendly, and they even allowed an early check-in. The common spaces were cozy, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the food was delicious. Perfect place to relax! ✨🌊

Baru pertama kali stay di Candidasa dan love banget experience di Nirwana. Hotelnya persis tepi pantai, ada kolam renang dan ayunan. Kamarnya luas dan nyaman, amenities lengkap, service juga juara, breakfast a la carte tapi pilihannya beragam banget—semua enak, dan dapat free extra breakfast buat anak balita. Tiap hari ada pilihan free activities seru juga. Walaupun sedang ada renovasi di area lobby, tapi tidak ada kebisingan yang mengganggu dan suasananya tetap serene untuk leyeh-leyeh santai.

The room is located in front of the beach. In the bathroom, you have plenty of hot water with a bathtub. Rock ices were served free when ordered at night.

Sangat terkesan dengan penginapan ini, meski jalur masuknya kecil (terlewat mungkin karena malam juga), namun setelah melihat tempatnya di pagi hari, sangat puas.

This hotel very beautiful place to stay. The staff were awesome friendly helpful. A great pool area with view of the ocean. The room was clean, we love our stayed, we would recommended this place.

The hotel location is far away from the down town. The hotel has a sea view but unfortunately with no beach. This is the resort concept with spacious room but didn't like with the toilet which has open space on the top. The hotel is so quiet and have dark ambience in the night. The food for breakfast is available in limited options and the teste is not quite good- most of them always salty and also hard to find food delivery since this area is far away from down town.

Nice hotel, clean rooms and environment and relaxing vibe. The building seems to be well maintained. Restaurant was OK, with its reasonable price. Only need some attention to details. Overall it 's recommended.

It is disappointing to know that a hotel with such a beautiful property, isn't support by the capable staff. We arrived at the hotel around 23:30 and they keep us waiting until 01:15 to be able to get into our room. While waiting I asked them if they couldn't accept us as guest, please confirm to the app for cancellation, but they didn't. Bottom line, they neither cancel our booking nor accept us. We couldn't leave because we have already paid, unless they cancel, we wouldn't be able to get a refund. The next morning, the manager met with us, and instead of offering an apology, he argued that he suspected us to scam them for free stay. It is very unbelievable. I believe there are so many hotels around the area worth staying rather than this one.

The wifi is dead. They promised to fix it but didn't work. I booked 2 days, but I need the wifi for work. And mobile data is slow too. So I checked out after one day. The room is standard with no bathtub. And there 's no beach. It 's like a cliff where you just see the ocean. I was really unhappy. I had a pleasant time before with the same price in a different hotel in Kuta.

Sebenarnya nyaman menginap di sini lokasi persis dipinggir pantai dengan suara deburan ombak, namun proses check in sedikit terganggu karena pihak resort baru menerima konfirmasi saat saya datang, padahal reservasi via Traveloka saya lakukan malam hari sebelum kedatangan, sehingga kamar belum siap dan saat saya masuk kamar, kondisi lantai kamar masih sedikit berdebu. Untuk pelayanan bagus, makanan juga lumayan.

Meditate? Want quiet time? Relaxing? My only complain is that the seats on the terrace is very uncomfortable, otherwise this is heaven.

Pelayanan bagus dan cepat hanya menu breakfast ala kadarnya hanya bisa pilih salah satu american/indonesian. Untuk menu indonesian hanya nasi goreng dan mie goreng sangat membosankan. Not recommended untuk stay lama karena masalah breakfast menu.

The kind of place that you'd go when you seek peace and tranquility. A rather traditional experience. And the sound of ocean waves will constantly keep you company, non-stop, soothing and calming your mind.
