酒店本身很不错，但是地下停车场需要改进，尤其是入口，太窄了，连轿车都进不去。

早餐是美式风格…… 但味道一般……可能不太合我的口味。 房间干净且隔音效果好。

景色绝佳（尤其是日落和日出！），步行几分钟即可到达购物中心。早餐种类丰富，美味可口！房间非常舒适干净♡

Front desk office was attentive and polite. There was also a counter which had fruit-infused cold water. This is an excellent way to beat the heat! The room was clean and quite spacious. I tried the breakfast and the choice of food was excellent and delicious. There was cereal, salad, yogurt, juice, western dishes, nasi lemak with delicious rendang, dim sum, etc. There was also tea, coffee, and fruit-infused water which was a great healthy option. Hotel location is excellent (less than 5-minute walk to Queensbay Mall, short drive to airport). Highly recommended hotel for your next stay in Penang.

Friendly staff, very clean and got what I asked for rooms, convenient and near to shopping also airport. Good food and service thumbs up. Too bad stayed for 1 night. Will definitely stay again thank you 😊.

Room and amenities is decent. There are complimentary drinks in the mini fridge too. Thumbs up for room cleanliness. Location is superb. Just a stone throw distance to Queensbay mall. Only downside would be the parking space. Very narrow ramp for big size MPV. Need to be extra careful.

Awesome staycation. Room atmosphere, location, cleanliness were all good. Food at breakfast is not too bad but can be improved. Most importantly, the staffs were very friendly and provided amazing service. Cons: the bathroom was not fitted with pipe and the TV channels are limited. Otherwise it is a great place to stay.

Staying for 3d2n 2 rooms. The hotel building and facilities is well maintain, nice and clean. Located not too far from any interest places. The services was excellent, staff very warm and nice. Food quality was excellent too, breakfast was so many variation of food, fresh and tasty.

Excellent Location near to Queenbay Mall Shopping Centre Breakfast Delicious but Curtain so dirty clenliness should be improvement.
