Lost our way to our hotel room due to misty drive, no staff guide us to our room. Not recommend to old folks with weak legs. Next door guest very noisy and bathroom not in the room, not convenient at all.

It was truly amazing, will revisit again.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the view was exceptional. The staffs were friendly only minor need to improvise on the technical issue of the 2 hours electricity breakdown during our stay. The breakfast spread delicious and fresh cooked.

So siok. Even though we choose the mampu milik/ budget room for two this time but the staying really nice and the kids so happy. Will come again next time. Parking OK, ada pantry, toilet super clean even though sharing. So far so good, you get what you pay. Near to botanical garden and also you could hiking around the area.

No TV channels at all, masa check in tu front desk x bgtahu yg astro mereka kena potong 😂😂, bila on tv.. no channel available.. no iron, no safety lock 🔐 pada pintu. .. not smooth check in.. take 40 minutes to check-in 😑

I had a pleasant stay at Liwagu Suite. Such a nice and calm stay. Highly recommended!

The accommodation looked exactly like the pictures which is spacious and comfy. We enjoyed the amazing view of Mount Kinabalu from our room and the environment so relax and peaceful with the nature around us. Mini bar fridge, room heater and heater for hot water was not function well in our room and the housekeeper and maintenance technician guy came and replaced them with the good one. To be expected, the insects lying around on the bathroom floor and wall but we not bothered with that situation because its what we called nature.

Ambil garden lodge...first drive masuk,xpuas hati kena byr rm 3 sekepala untuk masuk kinabalu park,padahal nak dok lodge dia..lpas tu..ckp an parkguard nak p hotel,dia suh terus je..smpai la sesat,lain kali ckp la nak register kt mana..stress jugak la mula2 sebab kena pusing satu round..lpas tu p blk sblh pondok pakguard ,tny situ .so daftr la kt lobi tu..deposit rm 200,lpas tu dia terang la mcm2 ..lpas tu drive ke lodge ...ini yang best..tersergam indah nya garden lodge kami..yeay..tp jalan nak p ni mcm lubang2..masuk dalam tu memang puas hati gila..2 bedroom n 3 bathroom..1300++square feet....suasana hutan..sejuk..ada fire place lagi,garden bole lepak2..so..memang puas hati dalam lodge ni..ada tv,heater,dapur..mcm2 la..kira bantal tu meme banyak la..nmpk luxury gitew...so..9/10**

clean & nice... budget Traveller who wants to stay in kinabalu park area can consider this lodge... from bunk bed to premium bed, you choose your own choices... awesome ambient & environment... view of mt.kinabalu especially during sunrise time from this park is awesome! those who just wanna little peace from hustle and bustle of city life can consider this place. you don't have to climb mt.kinabalu if you're not ready as there are many trails inside this park for easy hiking/trekking, from shortest trail of ~1km to longest trails of ~6km... trekking & walking in cold weather (not too cold) is nice ! recommended! thanks for the nice experience

Great place for getaway. Good food, nice location, friendly and helpful staffs. Will be staying there on our next visit.

Best value for money hotel I ever had. After huge discount, paid very cheap 2 nights for a big villa 2 rooms. Very comfortable and surprisingly given 2 free big mattress for my kids! The best part is the fireplace in the room which they put up for you, feeling like in a winter country. Every morning 6-9 am, just go outside the villa can see very clear the mount Kinabalu. Easily go near to Kundasang town with our rental car, where many restaurants and shops.

200% highly recommended. Suasana yang sangat tenang. Fasiliti yang hebat. Staf yang sangat mesra, servis yang pantas. Sangat sangat sangat berpuas hati.
