下午4点半左右办理入住，被告知需等待15分钟，结果5点半才办理入住？ 房间灰尘极大，床单都快脱落了。

总体不错。如果房间里能提供饮用水，我会给满分。

酒店设施比较陈旧，浴室很小。

我们是两位来新加坡休闲散步的老年人。这家酒店靠近河边通道，方便安全前往滨海湾金沙酒店或唐人街。我们多次入住Studio M酒店，因为房间面积适中，价格也合适。从酒店步行5分钟即可到达福康宁地铁站，公交车站也很近，但步行5分钟即可到达公交车站，步行10分钟即可到达地铁站。酒店靠近克拉码头附近的餐厅。我们在酒店大堂的Memo餐厅用餐——味道很棒，价格与酒店外的餐厅相当。

我们的客房服务员忘了给我们送毛巾。然后我下楼去前台要毛巾，他们说马上送来，但他们忘了。

入住体验非常满意，房间舒适，交通便利。

房间宽敞，层高，空气清新，不闷热。周边环境非常舒适，靠近河边，还有很多餐厅。

我们知道这家酒店的出入限制。距离地铁站较远，所以请做好乘坐出租车的心理准备。但酒店位于一个安静的区域（夜间烹饪区），而且以这个价格，您可以享受双层床房的全新体验，我们的孩子非常喜欢在那里住一天。

价格合理，住宿环境不错。地理位置优越。步行不远即可到达市中心的任何地方。

房间宽敞而独特，工作人员都很友好。

The room is the same as the photos from app. It's clean and well-designed. We can place our luggages and shopping downstairs, do some laptop work without disturbing the other person sleeping upstairs. Wi-Fi works well. They have a desktop AI machine that you can use to call receptionist, ask for amenities (bellboy will come by to give them to your room), ask for recommendations for restaurants, etc. Hot water in shower works well. Mini fridge works well. Breakfast spread is decent with various choices available. Pool and lounging area is beautiful and comfortable. MRT station takes a bit of walk (+-1 km) but near the hotel there are scenic riverside walks with a lot of restaurants. Hotel is connected to MEMO cafe on the ground floor, we got a $40 coupon through our app booking. Hotel staff are pleasant and friendly. Especially Richard who received us when checking in, he also taught us how to get to MRT station and other places when we arrived.

Several areas are dusty, incl bed. Need better cleaning before new guess especially who is allergic to dust coming in. But overall, good good.

Good room, 10-15 min walking distance to the nearest MRT, breakfast just average. Sure will come back here.

Booked for 3 person for adult. The third person got sofa bed with no proper stuff, no pillow, blanket, or even the sheet. Its only for 2 person not 3 person for adult. If only the room valid for 2 person why you offered in OTA that you can provide for 3 person? Bad.

Saya dapat kamar yang AC nya rusak, selama 2 malam menginap, setiap malam tidur tanpa AC, setiap komplain langsung ditangani tapi tidak lama kemudian AC kembali bermasalah. Diberikan opsi ganti kamar, namun kamar yang diberikan tidak sesuai, sehingga kami memilih tetap di kamar sebelumnya walaupun AC mati. Pada saat check in, petugas front office nya juga tidak ramah bahkan bukan sekali saya lihat dia menggerutu ke customer. Dengan lokasi dan design kamar yang baik sangat disayangkan pelayanan dan kualitas kamarnya seperti itu. Lokasi sangat dekat dengan Clarke Quay dengan berjalan kaki bisa mengakses banyak tempat.

2nd time stayed at this hotel. What we loved about this hotel was the room setting/layout. They have enough space for my husband to focus and do his work while our son and I relaxed upstairs without bothering him. Their staff are also super helpful and friendly, we got all the plus stated at the booking confirmation received by Traveloka without hassle [free upgrade, dine in voucher, late check out etc]. We stayed in Singapore for 12 years so getting around Singapore was easy for us and this hotel offers you a nice atmosphere along river view with lots of restaurants nearby.

Staff were friendly and fast in responding. They were also helpful. I arrived earlier than check in time and they actually checked me in earlier at 12 PM (normal check in at 3 PM)—the helpful front desk staff Jonathan Isma was impressive and efficient in helping me through the fast check in process. Booking via app also gave me free upgrade so I was immediately upgraded from Studio Loft to Premier Loft. The welcome drink at their cafe MEMO was really refreshing after a bit of walk from the nearby MRT station (Fort Canning, about 800 meters), and MEMO also offers 20% discount for hotel guests. Room was clean, spacious, quiet, all amenities were complete, towels were extremely clean and white (super amazed!), bed and pillows were comfortable. Soap, shower gel, and shampoo smelled really good. You can also request to install bidet in the toilet, which I did and in half an hour a service staff came and did the installment right away. The surrounding areas nearby the hotel also offer range of cafes, restaurants, and pubs, and pleasant walking/jogging areas along the river. Overall, I'm really pleased with my stay at Studio M and will surely book again for next Singapore trip. Totally recommended!
