这家酒店地理位置确实不错，整体来说也很有潜力。氛围宜人，周边也很便利。可惜的是，感觉酒店已经相当老旧，缺乏必要的翻新和维护。 我从将近20年前就开始来这里了，那时酒店刚开业不久，所以看到现在这里显得如此陈旧，维护也不如以前，着实令人惋惜。 床很不舒服，躺下时感觉有点倾斜/下陷。房间里还有一股明显的“陈旧”气味，影响了入住体验。床幔看起来也很脏，积满了灰尘。 真是可惜，因为酒店的地理位置和理念都很好，但确实需要好好翻新和维护，才能提升客人的入住体验。

From the moment I checked in til the very last day had been a wonderful experience. The guy attended me at my checked in (I regret not knowing his name) was very kind dan helpful dan went all the way to provide me with what I requested even though I didn't really use it. But the contentment feeling of being cared for dan listened to is definitely a five star service. I think I only went out once in all my 3 nights there so imagine how comfortable I must have felt there. The breakfast is marvelous and always on time. The pool is very clean dan well maintained. Some utilities may look rather old but they keep it clean. I have never written any review before but I just feel compelled to with Villa Jerami. I want to take this opportunity to pass my sincere appreciation to all the staff there for doing a wonderful job, especially the reception man. I will definitely come back. Cheers!
