我和家人在Abi Bali度过了愉快的时光。房间宽敞干净，而且靠近主泳池。工作人员很友好，我们很喜欢他们的早餐选择。

Overall oke, hanya yang perlu ada perbaikan dan peningkatan adalah soal penerangan yang remang remang (kurang terang) dan menu makanan yang kurang variatif.

Sangat-Sangat recommended! Villanya nyaman, staff nya ramah, fasilitas nya lengkap. Super menyenangkan, cocok buat keluarga yang mau staycation. Jangan ragu stay di sini.

Kamarnya bersih, bathroom-nya luas dan bersih. Nyaman untuk bawa keluarga kesini.

Staffnya ramah-ramah pelayanannya oke. Kamarnya luwas tetapi sangat di sayangkan AC-nya kurang dikit dihari terakhir sebelum check-out.

Tempat yang nyaman, tidur nyenyak karena suasana kamar yang bersih tidak ada nyamuk, padahal hotel sudah menyiapkan obat nyamuk semprot dan elektrik. Kamar mandi juga luas dengan bathtub yang besar. Nyaman.

Although the location was far from Kuta/Seminyak, we had fun exploring the area and had a great time at Samuh Beach in Nusa Dua. The room was clean and spacious, very nice for our family vacation. Breakfast was not special, but there're plenty options in surrounding Jimbaran Area.

The property is great, the room is wide and clean and I like the outdoor bath up. However the staff service is average, I borrowed spoon and bowl for my baby's meal (they do not provide baby meals) so I bought from outside, the front desk guy ask me to go to restaurant directly to take it myself. The staff just ignore us when walking around the resort, no smile no greetings. The only exception is Agus the restaurant guy, he is the only hotelier there. He came with smile, have a little chat asking my son's age. Willing to help. It was rain and there were staff who I suppose to clean the pool in front of our room when the rain stopped but instead they play with their smart phones and not cleaning it until we passed by going to the lobby then they suddenly start cleaning.

Ketika check in sudah jam 7 malam dan kami di tolak karena tidak ada reservasi, voucher hotel sudah ditujukan tetapi pihak hotel berkeras tidak ada. Setelah hampir setengah jam baru kami diperbolehkan masuk dengan alasan sistem eror. Tidak pernah kami diperlakukan seperti ini

We had a great time at the first night at Abi Bali Villa, this actually my second time staying at Abi Bali as I had such a great experience on my previous trip. On the second night, Air Condition at the master bedroom got trouble, it kept making a loud noise since 10 PM, I tried to turn it off and back on several times, it got worst around 2 AM as we fell asleep and suddenly Air Condition went very loud (something like the fan hitting a loud thing inside). I called Reception and they sent 2 person at the villa (I was at Tresna 2). they came in and checked the Air Cond, for about 15 mins and the person told me that it got frozen inside and he told me not to use the Air Cond (as he tried to put it on 26 degrees but the noise still kept going). He was quite helpful as he pour hot water on the Air Cond to get the ice came off, but I don't think it worked, as he tried to turn it on but the loud noise still going. So me and my girlfriend decided to sleep at the living room until 4AM and we moved back in to the bedroom and turned it back on at 26 deg, it was okay for the first 20 minutes until the loud clicking noise started again, so we decided to just turn the Air Con off and slept without Air cond. So the second night went quite annoying for us two, hopefully Abi Bali can check their Air Con regularly next time prior check in. Thanks,
