一走進飯店，都香香的味道。工作人員都很好。房間也香香的。 這邊有提供拋棄式備品，其實現在大家出門都會自己準備，為了愛我們的地球，我們都沒有用。但是還是謝謝了。 Mimi bar 有好喝的果汁，回到房間一切都美好。而且從陽台看出去米拉之家就在對面，可以感受光影的變化真是美好。早餐也非常好。晚上可以在頂樓bar 吃著美食放鬆一下⋯⋯享受著巴塞隆納的夜晚。 非常推薦的住宿環境安全舒適，購物非常方便。

We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. One room was exactly as we booked and great. The other room had a lot to be desired. It was not the room category we booked. The room had a tub/shower combo which was very slippery. The room only had one sink and was very cramped even though the description said two sinks. Bathroom could use a good cleaning as there were stains on the walls that could easily be cleaned off. Location was very good as was breakfast buffet. Front desk staff was not very helpful or friendly. We will find another hotel next time we are in Barcelona as we did not get what we paid for.

When I checked in, I asked if I could stay on the same floor as my friends and relatives as we had individually booked for 5 rooms. However, I was told by the receptionist, Eduardo, rather impolitely that I paid less than them, there’s nothing for me. When I checked their prices, the difference is not that much. The rudeness and impoliteness is not acceptable! Perhaps the management[ needs to re-train the staff for better service! Thank you!

We first arrived got stuck in the elevator not a great experience but the maintenance guy moved fast to help us ,door keys doesn’t work on our second day, we have to change it again

The staff was exceptional and the amenities were outstanding. We truly enjoyed the rooftop bar and restaurant!

Not really it was overlooking a busy street and there was noise from the metro. Even at night.
