Very nice facility with great staff service. Room large and comfortable.

Fabulous location in the heart of the shopping and dining areas of Andorra la Vella. Outstanding staff, hotel rooms, lounge area, and very quick elevators. Everything that we wanted to see was within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Tenía demasiado ambientador, limpian con productos muy químicos cancerígenos. Exceso de Ambientador muy impregnado desde la entrada hasta las habitaciones y ponen este ambientador en los cogines del sofá, muy bruta esta cosa. Te marea

Good check in, ok room, but consider the breakfast as scam. There was nothing hot at the buffet, and we were informed that we could order from a menu card, with mostly sandwich. First when i asked if they could make something else, like bacon, eggs and other stuff, it came up. I asked for sofrboiled eggs, that needed to boiled for 6 minutes. But they onky got 2-3 minutes and was raw inside. Tge becan looked liked something that had been heated under hot water and not fried. And for that they want 24 euro,and no discount for badly served food. Dont do that. Go somewhere else. We also went to the spa. I like spa, to relax, but there was a group of 6 spanish women that was shouting for 1 hour, and had no respect for others and the staff said nothing. And watch out for the floor. It can be slippery. The 1 hour we were there, we saw 2 felt.

Beautiful and modern hotel. Easy and welcoming check in. Helpful staff. Room was spacious and well-appointed. We are here only one night but would definitely come again!

Confortable and clean

Las instalaciones son impresionantes, estuvimos en la suite familiar, superamplia tanto la habitación como el cuarto de baño, muy completos. En cuánto a limpieza no la he puntuado muy positiva porque debajo de la cama encontramos envoltorios y cajas vacías de juguetes, y por el suelo de la habitación pequeños cristales. Aparte de eso, todo perfecto con excepción del spa, viajamos con dos niñas de 3 y 8 años, la pequeña no podía entrar por edad y con la mayor no pudimos porque el horario infantil es muy limitado y no teníamos reserva previa. Teníamos solamente alojamiento pero desayunamos un día, el buffet es bastante correcto pero desproporcionado para lo que cuesta. También cenamos un día, todo bastante correcto pero igual que el desayuno algo caro. Resaltar la simpatía y disposición del botones.

The hotel was very bright and looked amazing inside and out. And the staff was very helpful. The hotel was located near a wide range of shopping and food options.
