la chambre n'était pas à la hauteur du prix payé, mais je n'en veut pas à l’hôtel je vous en veux à vous vous avez prix 160€ de frais en plus du prix de la chambre jamais je ne me suis fait arnaquer de la sorte habituellement je passe par vous et j'ai des super prix la j'ai payer plus cher en passant par vous je pense que c'est la dernière fois que je ferais appel à vous merci de me proposer un geste commercial surtout qu'au final j'ai eu une chambre qui en correspondait pas au standing payé des amis étaient présents en même temps que nus ils sont passés par l'hotel en direct ont payé le vrai prix 350€ et ont eu une chambre avec plus de standing que nous quand j'en ai parlé à l'accueil, ils nous ont dit que vous m'aviez réservé une chambre de standing inférieur. c'est inadmissible.

The hotel is located about 50 or so meters from the nearest lifts. It really couldn’t be more convenient. The staff we extremely helpful. The car park the hotel recommends is a multi storey on the edge of town but a member of staff travelled up with me following him and then he gave me a lift back - and even helped with buying the correct (and best value) parking ticket. The room was warm and had radiators that were easy to contraplano rather than those electric heaters found in many ski hotels that can dehydrate you so badly overnight. The breakfast was good and the half board option was a real bargain. The evening meals all have a home-cooked feel and are tasty but nothing fancy - so I would recommend getting out to other restaurants too (but as the half board option really is so very reasonable we didn’t mind missing the meal the one night we went elsewhere). The staff do stand out best being really goody. The bar man in the hotel bar was charming as was the maitre’d in the restaurant. We would be very likely to stay here again. The skiing is as great. We got lucky with the wether that was sunny and clear most of the week. All round, a very happy week.

The location can't be beaten, view of the lifts from the room and a 10m clump to the piste from the hotel. The room was average for a ski resort. The real disappointment was the restaurant. We stayed half board and wished we had opted for breakfast only. The meals were far below our expectations.

La demi pension est excellente et l'accès aux pistes est vraiment aux portes de l'hôtel. Le personnel est à l'écoute et aux petits soins du client. Les responsables sont très gentils. Seul petit bémol, le matelas mais pas grave. Je recommande et n'hésiterai pas à réserver à nouveau.

Excellent friendly service and great ski in/out location. Lots of restaurants, shops, markets...

Transitamos para este hotel para estender por um dia a estadia em Pas de La Casa depois de termos ficado 4 noites noutro hotel e ficamos extremamente surpreendidos com a qualidade do hotel, mesmo em frente à pista, a alimentação é fenomenal e a simpatia dos funcionários e a forma como interligam com os hospedes fazendo com que nos sintamos únicos e únicos à experiência do hotel é simplesmente soberba. O quarto é bastante confortável e moderno, apenas um reparo para o facto da casa de banho ser separada do sanitário o que não aparenta fazer muito sentido e poderia até beneficiar o quarto com mais área de arrumação caso não o fosse. é também pena que o acesso ao SPA seja pago.

Super sejour hotel et personnel au top et très proche de ses clients, super resto, super petit déjeuner, super emplacement, espace détente SPA tres bien, tout super bien et surtout super personnel. Tres content du séjour, on y retournera.

Lo bueno del hotel; la proximidad a pistas. Lo malo, entre otras cosas, es que no tiene aparcamiento, hay que ir a aparcar a un edificio vertical a 15 min, que tiene 9 pisos de altura y con una rampa que no baja el coche.

Séjour de ski . Hôtel facile d'accès en voiture pour décharger toutes les affaires . La sortie du local des casiers à ski permet également une excellente accessibilité au le départ des pistes .

Gastronomia OK, já foi melhor no passado. Quarto pequeno, demasiado perto do elevador, muito ruido à noite e logo de manhã cedo. Staff simpático no geral, mas com uma ou outra excepção.

The location of the hotel is at the slope and the lift. Perfect for ones who don't want to walk with the skis. Food is great with variety of dishes. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Mycket bra hotell med en service utöver vad man kan förvänta sig. Trevlig personal. Från skidförrådet är det 10 meter till du står på skidorna och åker ner till liften (50 meter)

El hotel cumple, absolutamente a pie de pista, limpio, bien organizado, buena atención en recepción, habitaciones muy bien insonorizadas. -Huevos revueltos quemados, verduras quemadas, bacon quemado y aún así todo frío. El metre se altera si entras en sus dominios sin pasar por el, pero cómo esté la comida no le estresa. -Las camas duras como piedras No volveremos.

Lovely hotel in a great location right next to the ski lifts. My only criticism would be the small single lift is insufficient for the size of the hotel especially when the staff are also using it. Apart from that everything else was perfect....

Belle expérience dans cet hôtel au personnel accueillant ou nous avons passé deux nuits. Venus pour skier, nous ne pouvions pas être plus près des pistes. On traverse la rue piétonne et on est au pied du premier télésiège. L’hôtel est au centre de la station. On peut y arriver facilement en voiture et déposer ses bagages et skis. Nous n'avions pas prévu de dîner à l’hôtel, nous l'avons fait par facilité le premier soir et y sommes revenus le second. Le menu change tous les jours et plusieurs choix sont proposés. Nous y reviendrons certainement l'an prochain.
