Very good to have drink water in lobby. Serving hot water would be good. Suggest to install partition in shower area to avoid water spill out

The staff is very nice and helpful. The room is comfortable and new. The location is good. It near the termini station and near sightseeing places.

Soiled towels aren’t pick up daily, we have to call fresh ones. Need more shelves to hold toiletries in the bathroom. Friendly & helpful staffs.

Fantastic location just a short walk from Rome’s main train station, making travel super convenient. The hotel is also within easy walking distance of the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and many of the city’s must-see sights, so exploring on foot was a real treat. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The area also felt safe for a solo female traveler, which made the experience even more enjoyable. A perfect base for discovering Rome!

Fine hotel with up to date and modern room. Staff attentive and friendly. It would have been better if coffee/beverages were offered as complimentary rather than charged.

Very good concierge

Very clean and comfortable bed big pillows i love it. Breakfast perfect with prosecco efter your cappuccino and cornetti yummy. The hotel is so close to bus terminal and train. No need taxi Highly recommended.

I had a great stay at Hotel San Remo. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, making check-in and the overall experience smooth and pleasant. The room was clean, comfortable, and appeared to be recently renovated, which added a modern touch to the stay. A great location and solid choice for a stay in Rome!

Hôtel correct, avec deux chambres rénovées, spacieuses et confortables. Cependant la clim fonctionnait très mal dans l'une des chambres, il a fallut réclamer à notre arrivée pour obtenir la chambre réservée car ils nous avaient donné une plus petite. Le petit déjeuner était décevant, avec un personnel peu aimable, des machines à café qui ne fonctionnaient qu'un jour sur deux. Les produits servis étaient corrects, mais pas de clim dans la salle. L'ascenseur n'était pas fiable non plus, ce qui était problématique avec une chambre au 6e étage. Une partie du personnel était très polie et agréable, mais d'autres étaient tout l'inverse. La localisation de l'hôtel est en revanche très pratique car à proximité de la gare, des lignes de bus, ...

The hotel was in a good location, with easy access to the train and walking in the city.

Our room 505 was very modern and cozy with a queen bed and little living room with a large sofa twin bed separated by a wall, the bathroom was very big and nicely upgraded, place was brite with 3 windows ( one in each section), unit had two independent air conditioners. Wonderful place.

Newly renovated and very easy to get transportation to get around the city. Highly recommend

O atendimento no hotel não foi bom. Colocaram a gente num quarto PÉSSIMO e não foi o tipo de quarto que havíamos comprado. No dia seguinte, após nossa insistência, fomos transferidos para o quarto referente à nossa reserva. O hotel estava em reforma. Atendimento da recepção fraquíssimo. A localização é boa pois está a curta distância da estação de trem. O café da manhã é o único ponto que merece elogio. Delicioso e as atendentes eram educadas. Não recomendo porque
