隔音效果差、服務態度不佳、入住時告知我因我預約時所留的信用卡有問題要我當場用刷卡機結帳、退房時又告訴我入住當天刷的卡只有授權要我在刷一次、因我有收到信用卡銀行通知付款的簡訊、所以我堅持不再刷第二次、但飯店要我簽一張付款同意書才讓我離開。

Das Frühstück war sehr gut

Das Hotel ist gut und zentral gelegen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein grosszügiges Zimmer mit Kaffee/Teemaschine und bequemem Bett hat mich ebenso gefreut wie die Sauna. Das grosse Frühstücksbuffet hat mich reichlich für den Tag gestärkt. Ich habe mich rundum wohl gefühlt und empfehle das Weitzer bedingungslos weiter.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and happy to make recommendations for places to eat. The room was great, plenty of space and very comfortable. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the old part of the city, but very quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was excellent, as were the two meals I had in the linked restaurant (Der Steirer) and the cafe. The location is brilliant' convenient for the free tram and very close to walk to the Aldstadt too. The mattress was very comfortable - but the pillows were way too soft. I was given firmer ones, but these were like bricks - so introducing an option in between would be great. All staff very polite and helpful.

Centrally located old-style hotel. Personnel is very friendly and rooms are spacious. Bathroom is a bit small and some room features might need renovation. No coffee machine nor included water in the room are a minus.

The carpet in the room was super dirty and I came with a little toddler. We tried to spend as little time as possible in the room. And yes, we did notify the reception. Really disappointing stay to be honest.
