隔音效果差、服務態度不佳、入住時告知我因我預約時所留的信用卡有問題要我當場用刷卡機結帳、退房時又告訴我入住當天刷的卡只有授權要我在刷一次、因我有收到信用卡銀行通知付款的簡訊、所以我堅持不再刷第二次、但飯店要我簽一張付款同意書才讓我離開。

Der Wellnessbereich mit der Sauna ist zu klein. Es gibt dort keine Umkleidemöglichkeit und nur einen Ruhebereich auf der Terrasse, nicht im Innenbereich.

Das Hotel ist grundsätzlich zu empfehlen. Beim Frühstück ist uns aufgefallen, dass die linke Kaffeemaschine schlecht eingestellt war. Ansonsten ist das Frühstück sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind ein bisschen abgewohnt. Auch die Fassade an der Straße könnte einen neuen Anstrich vertragen. Die Lage ist exzellent, man ist in ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß im Zentrum der Altstadt von Graz.

We really loved this hotel. The room was very comfortable. We had a lovely Juliet balcony room with pretty flowers on the railing. Beds were excellent. Nice large bathroom. Very clean. Helpful staff. Delicious breakfast spread with everything you could imagine on the buffet. Excellent location. I would love to return to this hotel.

Overall the hotel was pretty good. The room was a little outdated and small, but it was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent walking right into old town. The breakfast was excellent and included.

This is a super hotel, simply lovely. Super comfy beds excellent facilities and an amazing breakfast not to be missed, in a setting that is magical. The location is perfect too, you are right by the river close to everything you will want to do while in this lovely place Graz. Only wished our stay was longer. Highly recommended. Just book it, you definitely won't regret it.

Nice hotel, no curtains in the room just shutters which don’t block out much light, it was like a summers day in the room at 4.30 in the morning. The bar only serves small glasses of lager even though they have bigger glasses, I asked for a bigger glass but was told no, they were only for wheat beer

Staff was very friendly helpful and went the extra mile. Beautiful older style building nicely decorated with plants. Fantastic breakfast too!

Tolle Lage an der Mur nahe der Altstadt. Außergewöhnliches Frühstück. Sehr gute Restaurant (Steirer), das zum Hotel gehört. Parken in der Tiefgarage für 25€/Tag

Always a delight to stay here- and this time I had time to also appreciate the roof-top sauna with gorgeous views of the surrounding area.

Location was great! Rooms are a bit dated though. The rom we stayed in had stretches and marks all over the walls, the cloth chairs had dirty marks where clearly multiple hands have touched it, the rug had multiple stains. Just sort of felt dirty when you checked in. Mattress was fine but pillows were really flat. Breakfast was typical-nothing to go crazy over.

Wonderful stay here at Hotel Weitzer Graz. The room was clean and the staff were extremely helpful and always welcoming.

Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Personal nett und hilfsbereit. Check in und Check out sehr effizient und unkompliziert. Sauna top Lage. Gemütliche Lobby mit angenehmer back ground Music.

God frokost med egg, bacon, pannekaker, rundstykker, brød og godt utvalg av pålegg. Müsli og havregrøt. Koselig atmosfære og hyggelige medarbeidere. Vi bodde i Weitzer suite, rom 528, 116 m2 med egen takterrasse og nydelig utsikt. Hyggelig overraskelsesgave med sekt, forskjellige juice og vann. Hotellet har en perfekt beliggenhet like ved gamlebyen og nærmeste nabo til elven Mur. Koselig cafe og god restaurant med lokal mat (der Steirer) som hører til hotellet.

Es ist eines der Bekanntesten Hotels in Graz und lebt sicher von der Lage und dem Namen. Kleinigkeiten wie eine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer oder Bügeleisen (Buisnesshotel) sind für mich eigentlich eine Selbstverständlichkeit. Die Bar öffnet leider erst 16:00 Uhr hat aber neben Getränken auch hervorragende Toasts im Angebot. Preis Leistung ist sehr gut , da die Lage wirklich außergewöhnlich gut ist.

Great place to stay, great location, great room - only problem I remember is that the bathroom makeup mirror was installed so high I couldn't use it. (I'm 5'2" and couldn't see even on my tiptoes!)
