The room and facilities in general were very well maintained, clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient to the train and bus depots. I only had a one night stay but it was very nice.

We were very happy with our room, it was spacious and had everything we needed. It was clean, modern and beautiful with high ceilings and wonderful view of a courtyard leading to the grand canal. The location was perfect for us to reach shops and restaurants. We even walked to the crossing to San Marco in about 15 min. It was also easy to get to the hotel by taxi from the airport, it was only a 10 min walk from the drop off. The shower was nice and steamy with great pressure. No hidden fees or charges either! 10/10 I would certainly come back. I only wish for a full length mirror in the room next time if possible.

Margherita was so gracious and helpful during our stay. The apartment was spotless and well maintained. It is located in a great area. We would stay here again.

The rooftop terrace was amazing! The rooms were recently renovated and very well appointed, small but very functional. Great location, 6 min walk to train station.

Hotel limpo, próximo ao terminal, reformado, moderno e com elevador. O check in é em outra propriedade, mas fica ao lado com recepção 24h e ótimos funcionários.

サンタルチア駅から徒歩圏内で観光しやすい立地だと思います。水上バスの停留所も近くにあるのも便利でした。 室内は広くはありませんが寝泊まりするだけなら十分です。水回りは改装されたのか非常に綺麗でした。 一点だけ、部屋に電気ケトルが無かったのが少し不便でした。

Spotless room

清潔さ:ホテル全体は清掃が行き届いており清潔だった。 スタッフ:アーリーチェックインに対応いただきありがたかった。このホテルは隣接する別のホテルでチェックインする必要があるが手続きに困ることはなかった。(本ホテルにスタッフは常駐していない)清掃もきちんとされた。 施設: リフォームされた室内は清潔でした。バスルームはハンドシャワーとオーバーヘッドシャワーがあり水量、温度調整共に快適だった。 エレベーターがあるのもよかった。 周辺環境:徒歩3分のところにスーパーもあり水や食料を容易に調達でき便利。サンマルコ広場まではいくつもの階段と30分程度の徒歩での道のりとなるが道中お土産屋やバルがあるなど楽しめるので問題ない。 総じて満足のいくホテルでした。
