Good value, great location and staff very attentive. The room needs an update and tender loving care. Overall, we had a good time and the staff was more then accommodating..

Hotel was very close to the town and station. It was very clean but quite tired. Overall it was reasonable value for money

The property was a true 5star ! It was modern with all the bells and whistles one can only dream about. It was spotless and clean and the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful! We hope we can visit again!

Very nice staff, great bed and great breakfeast (fresh fruit, jogurt, cereals, crosiants and more...). Very close to center, to Trullis... Close parking. Would come back.

Property east to get in and out of. Close to the historic area. Easy walk. Underground parking. Staff were very friendly and easy to talk with.

The best accommodations I have had yet in Italy and Ive been here a month. The personal attention to giving directions, rven leaving my breakfast in my room when I was out on an earl appointment!

Clean and comfortable hotel with excellent location, parking is limited but the friendly front desk helped us finding a spot, breakfast was also good. Lots of restaurants in the area

Conveniently located near the bus stops and train station, making it easy to get in and out of town. Staff were very helpful.

We loved the location to the center of the town and the trullli. All walking distance.

Unfortunately the male staff on check in just put my bag in the lift and sent me on my way to my room. No information about when breakfast was or any other information. The second staff member I approached later that day at reception didn’t listen to what I was asking and sent me in the completely opposite direction and completely wrong details as to where I should get a bus. Not helpful and argumentative. There seems to be a culture there in the staff of not wanting to help the customers. Rude and disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Great location, 5 min walk to see the Tullies. Nice breakfast and friendly staff.

Location, cleanliness, and all the staff - from the front best to the breakfast guy - were great. Very happy with our stay.

This was a great place to stay close to the train station but no noise. Large clean rooms, mine had a huge balcony. Meals were good and the staff more than helpful, especially Giuseppe.
