Friendly staff, nice area about 15-20 minutes walk from the main tourist attractions. Lots of good restaurants nearby

Reiste med familie på 4. Vi ankom sent, innsjekk uten problem. Døgnåpent resepsjon. Møtt av en hyggelig personale som var veldig hjelpsom. 4 mannsrommet var større enn forventet. Rent og lyst rom. Aircondition fungerte fint selv om det ikke ble iskaldt på rommet, men nok til å holde det behagelig når temp ute var 35c. Gode senger. Et lite kjøleskap hadde vært fint, det eneste vi savnet. Typisk søtt italiensk frokost inkludert hvor betjeningen lagde utmerket kaffe som ble servert til bordet. Ligger sentralt med gå avstand til det meste. Hotellet ordnet ved utsjekk tilpasset stor transport pga all bagasjen vi hadde. God valuta for pengene sammenlignet med overprisede hoteller i nærheten. Kommer gjerne tilbake hit neste gang.

The hotel was nice and conveniently located to all of the attractions. The staff was nice and the room was clean. The free coffee and pastry in the morning was a nice touch. I would stay here in the future.

As an overall the hotel is well located considering being within the old area zone and also nearby the train and not far from the airport. The reception being 24h/7 is also a distinct add up. One thing that i would recommend is that the luggage storage to have a cctv facing the door or inside the luggage storage and a key.

C'est un hôtel qui a été légèrement rénové mais la toilette est désuète. Le personnel est remarquable pour rendre le séjour très agréable.

Very helpful team on the front desk. Large room, cool in the heat. Perfect small breakfast to start the day. Close to amenities and covered porticos right through to the old centre, perfect for keeping out of the sun.

Sauberes Zimmer. Fahrstuhl vorhanden. Mein Zimmer war etwas hellhörig, daher gut das es soweit reaktiv ruhig war. Personal war sehr nett.

Absolutely fantastic staff - Alexander (Sandro) was super professional and helpful. The hotel location was great - walking distance to the center.

A little far away from trainstation, but close to shopping and bus. The service was amazing - great staff! Superfriendly and helpful. Room very nice, and the bathroom cool. Next time in Bologna, this is my place.

Room was large and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was tasty. I would stay there again.
