Didn't like looking at the street and gas station

We really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Flora. The hotel is modern, accessible, and in a great location—just a short 7–10 minute walk to the center of Sorrento. We were pleasantly upgraded from a deluxe room to a suite with breathtaking views of the volcano and ocean. The staff were friendly, though service could be a bit more polished. Overall, a wonderful property with stunning views and an ideal location.

Nice hotel, Greta view, breakfast was delicious

Bed was comfortable and internet was fast. Needed to work remotely and was able to be productive using their WiFi.

Location is good. We stayed at the old part of the hotel, AC is controlled by the front desk. Hair dryer was not working. Bathroom is very old. Picture shows the new part of the hotel which is much better. My first room was right next to an antique elevator.its impossible to sleep even with my ear plugs. Staffs are very friendly.

Although our room wasn’t fully cleaned when we arrived and had to wait for that to get sorted and someone to come up do that, the property was pretty clean overall. We enjoyed the nice large pool and was never too crowded.

What an amazing experience! I booked an Airbnb that was not ideal and made this booking last minute. I liked it so much I stayed an extra day! So convenient, every single person that helped us was amazing and close to everything. I think I’m dove with Airbnb’s from now on. Beautiful property!

Hotel reformado, muito bom

O hotel é excelente, bem localizado, atendimento excelente, quarto amplo, limpo, café da manhã muito bom, piscina, tudo ótimo! Melhor localização pra visitar Amalfi e Positano. Recomendamos.

El personal del hotel es muy amable, esta muy cerca de la estación de tren, del ferry si esta muy complicada la llegada

Location location location this is a great place to stay close to so many great places to visit like Positano for example. Daniella goes the extra mile to help you with everything and from here you can go everywhere if you want to.

Quarto pequeno demais, escuro, sem condições de se arrumar uma mala à noite . Impressionante! O ar condicionado era controlado pela recepção do hotel. Quantas vezes pedia pra ligar e ficava no cair porque não ligavam. Acho q era deliberadamente para economizar . Não há lugar para apoio de malas, havia um formigueiro na parede e as formigas vinham para a cama. Uma coisa de outro mundo! Acabei toda mordida e com alergia pelo corpo todo. (Tenho fotos e vídeos) Enfim o valor pagoq e excessivamente caro pra
