It was 4 day’s holiday..nice city centre location,receptionist was super friendly! Generally I will stay again in this hotel👌

Staff so friendly. Everything was so clean and so comfortable. Great facilities

This is a young people place. Loud music playing by the pool area all day! With a balcony towards there... And, you here all the bar noice all night. Who said Ayia Napa is not a party town any longer....

Place is really nice,pool is good,but closed after 19:00 and staff is starting cleaning at 18 that is bothering to enjoy the rest of time,food and drinks are not allowed this is also not good, there is no equipment for cleaning, for example a dustpan and a broom, the linen was stained, after they asked to change it, the linen was still not clean, the breakfast was super very satisfying and varied but you can not take breakfest with you for somoene,paid is paid no matter where to eat,Good at all. Thanks!

Room door had previously been booted off. Food was never cooked correctly. Bed was broken from day 1. No clean towels for days. No toilet roll for days at a time. Found eggs thrown at our room multiple times. Noisy neighbours. No lifeguards at the pool. Beds felt like wood plus only one pillow. Disrespectful cleaners barging in at anytime they wished.

The location is great, plus it s clean. Main issue is that you are not able to sleep during the night as many young guests are very loud. The manager offered us free late check-out for that reason, which was nice move. All together, it was nice stay.

Great value, clean apartment. Great location. Chilled pool area with cash bar. This was our second accomodation in Ayia Napa and wish we'd stayed here the whole trip! The rooms look like they differ in different parts of the building, we had room S22 which I would ask to stay in again.

The location of the hotel in hotels.com is wrong. The hotel is not as close as described to the beach. Moreover the facilities described in the room are wrong. Aircondition is provided only if you pay an additional fee of 6 euros per day (in the room description or small print this is not mentioned). Moreover in the room description bathtub is mentioned. In the room there is shower instead. Free parking is not available as described in the hotel's description.

The hotel was friendly and welcoming the pool area was great and in a fantastic location

Crickets every where, need more maintenance for everything, need continuous daily clean checkup

Additional fees for WIFi and air condition. The staff was not helpful and not polite. There is one fat lady , who play manager role. She was terribly impolite. Do not do my mistake. Never in this hotel.

Good cheap hotel in Middle of Ayia Napa , room was clean and decent , comfortable mattress. but no soap in the bathroom and 5euro / day for internet in 2019 ?

I went in mid-October and it was quite a peaceful environment. The hotel is right near the centre of Ayia Napa with most places reachable in under 10 minutes' walk! The hotel staff were friendly from initial check-in to final check-out, and very transparent about extras from the outset. I was allocated an apartment in the newly refurbished wing and facing the street... I can safely say the poolside was far more relaxed and noise-free than the street! Most of the furniture looked quite new and everything was clean.
