Spent 2 weeks in Ponta Delgada and hotel was excellent. Great location and fantastic staff, especially Rodrigo.

Excellent location and breakfast was perfect. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Amazing hotel, very well located in the heart of Ponta Delgada. The room was big and clean, the bed very confortable and the staff was lovely and very helpful. Main attractions, markets, shops, bars, restaurants and street food trucks are 1-5 min walking which is great. The sauna was great also after a long day of hiking.

The front desk staff were the best!

Booked here for 1 night before flying out.Thr lobby looks modernized. But the rest of the hotel, hallway and rooms looks dated. Sinks didn’t drain well, and bathroom looks old compared to the rest of the hotel. Very basic rooms. We didn’t get to try their breakfast as we had to check out early to catch a flight. The front desk staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was better than the another hotels we stayed and the coffee machine is excellent! Very good location for downtown, all the souvenir stores, parking, and whale watching spots!

Breakfast was available at an additional cost. Great location, helpful staff, taxis and ATM nearby. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Room was clean, breakfast was great. If any room for improvement, the hallways smells odd. It doesn't smell in the room but the carpet in the hallways to the room. I am thinking the carpet just got cleaned maybe
