总体来说，这是素坤逸路地区很棒的住宿地点。

接待人员非常友好。氛围很好。我睡得很好。

พนง.ให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมาก กระตืนรือล้น

The staffs are friendly, and there are several places to hang out and enjoy meals also coffee, and only around 70 m from nearest 7-11. This hotel also around 800-900 m to BTS station. The Air Conditioner is not that cold, also the wifi is quite bad, I barely able to connect. But the overall Experience is still Good though.

It is OK. Nice place, nice room, stay sleeping in bath.

The hotel was so good. All staff very friendly. The girl at night time doing check in for us is very professional girl. I didn’t know her name. But she is nice. But I want to comment 1 thing it is the reservation team. I was sending email and ask them cost of late check out. I don’t ask for free. I want to know their policy. She inform me that late check out 2000 THB without asking for how long or inform me the free check out to 2 pm. She Just said this is hotel policy and contact to FO when I arrive. I am understand the hotel policy but I just expecting to better answer or some more information especially from reservations manager who is answer my email. Except this. All are very good.

ห้องพักใช้ได้ถึงแม้ว่าจะดูเก่าไปนิดหนึ่งแต่ดีครับ เตียงนอนใหญ่มากหลับสบายดี พนักงานก็ดูแลให้บริการดีมากครับ หากมีโอกาศไปแถวๆนั้นก็จะเลือกพักที่นี่อีกครับ

พนักงานโรงแรมบริการดีค่ะ ห้องสะอาด แต่ตัวโรงแรมดูเก่าไปหน่อย โดยเฉพาะภายในลานจอดรถ

Kamarnya cukup besar, memang barang? Nya terlihat sudah tua dan agak sedikit seram kamar yang saya tempati di r 933 m, nyaman sih tapi tidak lagi deh menginap disitu. Jauh juga ketempat makan kalau lagi lapar.

Dont stay at Hotel that require you to pay more for wifi. Very bad customer Service

ได้รับการต้อนรับเป็นอย่างดี ใส่ใจกับแขกมากๆ ค่ะ เพื่อนมาจาก ตปท. กระเป๋าหายที่สนามบิน ทาง โรงแรมก็ประสานงานอยู่ให้เรื่อยๆ สถานที่สวยงาม ติดรถไฟฟ้า บีทีเอส เดินทางสะดวก ปลอดภัย แม้จะอยู่ในซอย แต่รอบๆโรงแรมสะอาด ผู้คนเป็นมิตร มี มอเตอร์ไซค์ บริการไปปากซอย สะดวกสบาย ห้องอาหาร สวยหรู ที่สำคัญที่สุด มีเมนู อาหารให้เลือกทั้งไทย ญี่ปุ่น ยุโรป รสชาติดีมาก มีให้เลือกหลากหลาย ตามใจชอบ เครื่องดื่ม ทั้ง นมสด น้ำผลไม้ พั้นช์ รึ ชา กาแฟร้อน เติมได้ไม่อั้น พนักงาน บริการดีมากๆๆ ที่สุดของที่สุดคือ ราคาที่คุณต้องตะลึง ไม่น่าเชื่อว่าจะอยู่ย่านสุขุมวิท เหมือนเป็นช่วงคืนกไพรให้ลูกค้าจริงๆ พนง. ทุกแผนก บริการดีเยี่ยมค่ะ ขอบคุณที่ใส่ใจ ดูแลนะคะ

พนักงานต้อนรับดี บริการรวดเร็วดี แต่เนื่องจากความเก่าของโรงแรม ห้องพัก อ่างอาบน้ำ เก่าและดูไม่สะอาดทั้งที่สะอาดแล้ว ภายในชั้น จะได้กลิ่นพรมมากเนื่องจากสภาพนานมาแล้ว เห็นควรปรับปรุงครับ

มารยาทพนักงานส่วนใหญ่ดีมากค่ะ มินิบาร์ควรเพิ่มน้ำดื่ม
