Breakfast could be better A/C on the 3rd floor, card must be kept in place because the flow of A/C is weak If you leave the card then the room is confortable when you arrive (during summer period)

Room was great, check in was easy. Came back late from dinner and someone was able to let me in despite front doors being locked

Smell on the ground floor rooms. But staff was accommodating and moved us to another room on a higher floor.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Our flight was cancelled so we found this local hotel and wow did it blow us away! The staff members were incredible and treated us so well! The hotel was clean and quiet and very well furnished. Plus it was so easy to walk to all the restaurants and shops. This is an amazing place!

Convenient walkable location

This was a lovely place to stay! Very centrally located, clean, and staff amazingly helpful and kind. Breakfast was very good and service to the breakfast room was Excellent. They helped me and tooked care of me at every turn. You won't regret staying here!

Es gab eine Reihe von Kleinigkeiten, die mich gestört haben. Aber grundlegend war das Hotel vollkommen in Ordnung. Ich habe mich jeden Morgen wirklich nett mit den Damen vom Frühstücksbuffet unterhalten! Die meisten Kritikpunkte hatten mit Geräuschen zu tun. So machte der Kühlschrank sporadisch z.B. wirklich störende Laute, was mich Nachts aufweckzr.

The room was nice and clean, the breakfast and the server lovely. Parking was challenging.

The entire staff was friendly and great. The location was perfect, as I was just a few minute walk to the Marina, restaurants, and shops. The hotel and room were all clean and inviting.

Good hotel, comfortable, close to city centre. It rates itself as 4 star but it given that amenities and furnishings were basic, I think it is more like 3 stars. Also, bathroom had a musty odor - I think it’s because of the high humidity in this region and if they put a small dehumidifier in each room that would solve the problem.

Quaint hotel with a nice breakfast and friendly staff. They opened breakfast a little early for me to allow me to check out early.

Convenient location and pleasant staff. Would have been easier not to have to figure out where to park. Nice to have breakfast included but 90% was the same everyday for 6 days (scrambled eggs, cheese, ham, yogurt, cold cereals)

Comfortable great location

In all my years of travel, I have never has such a hostile reception. Our flight arrived around 10 am so we went to hotel to drop off our luggage. When I started to approach the desk with my passport, the clerk told me loudly that we could not check in until 3. Thinking she would at least want to confirm we had reservations, I said OK and continued toward the desk. She repeated sternly that we could not check in until 3. I asked if we could check our bags until then, she said ok and showed me to the storage area where I dropped our bags. No claim checks or any record. My husband uses a wheelchair. She then asked me if I had requested a handicapped room. I generally just choose based on what’s available online. He doesn’t need the chair in the room and doesn’t require a walk-in shower. I explained this but her attitude was disconcerting. I was glad we were only there one night.
