The hotel is impressive for the money. Clean with good facilities. My only feedback was that the staff seem very unhappy which affects there service. I thought it was just the guy at the bar but then noticed staff at breakfast also struggled to manage a smile. This is a shame as otherwise the hotel is really nice.

The hotel was great, the staff was amazing, and the food was delicious! I loved everything about the hotel, 100% recommend it and would go back to it again in the future!

Excelente experiência no Hotel Sanma! Nossa estadia foi simplesmente impecável. O hotel oferece uma estrutura maravilhosa, o quarto que ficamos super confortável, as áreas comuns muito bem cuidadas e uma localização privilegiada próxima às Cataratas. O grande diferencial, porém, está no atendimento da equipe. Gostaria de destacar o atendimento excepcional da Deyse, no restaurante, sempre muito atenciosa, simpática e prestativa, fazendo com que cada refeição fosse ainda mais agradável. Também deixo um agradecimento especial ao Cícero, da recepção, que nos recebeu com profissionalismo, cordialidade e total disposição para ajudar em tudo o que precisamos durante a estadia. Parabéns ao Hotel Sanma por manter um padrão de excelência e por contar com colaboradores tão dedicados. Certamente voltaremos e recomendaremos o hotel a amigos e familiares.

Lovely place - walk to the falls and the bird park. Menu n the bar is a little limited but food is well prepared. The whole experience was brilliant. Bed very comfortable. Loved the flip flops they leave in the room!

Excelente experiência! Hotel maravilhoso, muito bonito, limpo, organizado e sempre com um ambiente agradável e perfumado. A localização é um grande diferencial: fica praticamente ao lado do Parque das Aves e muito próximo das Cataratas do Iguaçu (lado brasileiro), sendo possível até fazer o trajeto a pé. A estrutura também é excelente, com piscina, sauna, áreas de lazer e serviço de massagem, proporcionando conforto e relaxamento após os passeios. Outro ponto que merece destaque é a meia pensão, que vale muito a pena. Além da praticidade, as refeições são variadas, saborosas e de ótima qualidade, tornando a experiência ainda mais agradável. Equipe atenciosa, instalações muito bem cuidadas e localização privilegiada. Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar aqui e recomendo para quem visita Foz do Iguaçu.

Hotel é bom, decorado, equipe educada e prestativa. Localização tem que pensarD pois de um lado é perto de alguns passeios, mas isolado de restaurantes. Nada a reclamar do hotel. Única reclamação é do restaurante do hotel, que não está à altura. Café da manhã é bom, mas almoço e janta fica a desejar.

Service and food good. Fondue dinner was something different. Comfortable beds.

The hotel is completely renew so everything is new. They are still remodeling like spa, and some areas. The breakfast is awesome, fresh and delicious. It was raining so being at the pool was difficult. The staff very attentive Joel, specially helped us a lot and they speak different languages. Very clean room, individual AC unit that you could adjust at your necessity.

I wasn’t expecting such world class service as well as accommodation. Really enjoyed my stay there. The buffet was good as well as the wine bar had a pianist. This steps away from Iguazu Falls entrance so no need to get a tour if you don’t want too.

The hotel was amazing, we love it. We had lunch one day and it was very good food and great drinks, the dinner on the other side wasn’t the best. The steak was delicious but the pasta was completely cold and had no taste at all, very bland. Staff was great, super clean room and bathroom. Pool was awesome and there is a trail on the back of the hotel that lead to the river, absolutely beautiful.

Hôtel bien placé pour visiter les cataractes, on peut aller à pied à l'entrée du site. Ce n'est cependant pas un hôtel de niveau 5*. Les parties communes sont agréables mais la chambre est sommaire et la sdb basique. Le service également. Pas de chaussons offerts. Le petit déjeuner buffet est copieux.
