Fantastiskt hotell!

Rett og slett fantastisk! Avslappende fra første sekund, god service og et fantastisk opphold. Restaurant er nydelig, god mat og avslappende atmosfære. Rommet utrolig koselig. Skal vi tilbake til Ostuni skal vi tilbake til hotellet. Anbefaler på det sterkeste!

We had a wonderful stay at Masseria Salinola and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful, always going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Their friendliness really made us feel at home. The accommodation itself was spotless. Everything was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and beautifully presented, which made our stay even more comfortable and relaxing. The room had everything we needed, and it was clear that great care is taken to maintain a high standard throughout the property. The location was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and inviting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future!

L’endroit respire la tranquillité et l’authenticité. L’architecture typique de la région, toute blanche et dépouillée, est superbement mise en valeur par un entretien impeccable des lieux. Les chambres sont confortables, certaines avec piscine privée, et le paysage environnant est à couper le souffle. L’ambiance est vraiment familiale on s’y sent chez soi. Pour les repas, on peut souper sur place, avec un agrotourisme directement adjacent qui offre des produits frais de la région. Le tout, à peine à quinze minutes du centre-ville. Un véritable coup de cœur, à recommander sans hésiter!

The grounds were beautifully manicured and the rooms had personalized touches to make the stay memorable. The dining experience was some of the best food we had on the trip. Better than any restaurant and presentation was Michelin star. There is truly no reason to leave the Masseria. Everything you want is on site. Can’t wait to come back

The location is also ideal, just a short drive from Ostuni, making it easy to enjoy the town while staying in a peaceful countryside setting. Highly recommended!

Minha estadia na Masseria Salinola foi excelente. A propriedade é linda, extremamente bem cuidada e transmite muito charme e autenticidade. O quarto estava impecavelmente limpo, muito confortável e demonstraram grande atenção aos detalhes. O único ponto que senti falta foi a disponibilização de condicionador. Fora isso, tudo foi perfeito.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cette Masseria qui est tenue avec soin avec un personnel attentionné. Le repas du soir était très fin et le petit déjeuner superbe. Le cadre est paisible et la piscine pratique.

Unique experience. Old converted farmhouse in rural area but short drive to Ostunia. Daniela and staff extremely hospitable. Breakfast good and excellent dinner. Room spacious, comfortable and clean. Highly recommend.

A four generation property where you are made to feel like family. Such a cozy homey property. Guests are encouraged to walk through the farm to visit the farm animals and taste the fruits. Breakfast is plentiful with fresh ricotta made in house figs from the trees on the property and freshly made preserves and juices. The olive oil is sublime. A bottle is left on every table at dinner and is drizzled onto a plate for guests to dip the freshly baked assorted breads that show up every evening at dinner service. The cuisine is local and simple yet tasty and unpretentious. Reminding me of my mothers food. I can’t say enough about Masseria Salinola. If you can go, you should go. Thank you Daniele and all the staff for treating us so well. We will return.
