Very very nice staffs and services. I checkout in my birthday, the hotel give me a big surprise with a birthday cake. Wow.....

我們是住一樓的房間，房間外的小空間讓人感到格外放鬆，不過蚊子多了些，需先準備防蚊液。 另外FCC的餐廳食物也很好吃，早餐非常豐盛，人生目前為止最好吃的banana bread是在FCC吃到的~ 飯店的服務人員都非常客氣熱心，笑容可掬，也很有效率，讓人感覺賓至如歸。

很精致的小型精品酒店，地理位置尚可，距离闹市和夜市还有一定距离，步行大概20分钟，不过出门就有嘟嘟车，2美金左右，也还比较方便。酒店设施略微显得有点老旧，但是还是比较有情调，和大型的五星酒店感觉不同。酒店的餐馆在当地还算小有名气，味道也还不错，可以点餐送到房间很方便，可以坐在门口的门廊下吃饭

Easy to get accessed to those main tourist spots. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

房間比想像中的小，遇到停水停電有點掃興。離舊市場的距離蠻近的，嘟嘟車3分鐘就到了。整體還蠻舒適的，服務人員也都很客氣。

早餐很不错，服务非常好，赠送的15分钟足底按摩也用了，游泳池小但是够用，可以打包早餐方便看日出，就是走路到酒吧街和老市场要15分钟稍微远了点

非常迷人的小酒店,早餐豐富又好吃,餐廳的廚師水準高,服務員態度很好,下次還會住這裡.

The place is beautiful! Elegant, stylish rooms, spotlessly clean. The food was wonderful & the staff cannot do enough for you. They even noted my husbands birthday from his passport during our stay & presented him with a cake, which was a lovely surprise. So many lovely touches at this place, I was sad to leave.

Wonderful boutique hotel in a great location. The facilities were pristine and the staff amazing. They arranged our sunrise tour to Angkor Wat with a fantastic guide and til til driver. Great food and open-aired bar with live music. This is a gem!

I had a wonderful stay at FCC Angkor. The staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. Don’t miss the spa, I had one of the best massage ever. Lastly, the hotel bar is one of the most happening place in the city. Relax with wonderful drink after a long day of touring.

Lovely property, nicely styled and well looked after gardens and social areas. Super breakfast, possibly the best western breakfast I had in SE Asia (tasty sausages), the Asian options were tasty also, with lots of options. Rooms spacious with nice touches, a nice thoughtful welcome pack and nightly treats. Tea and coffee in the room were also unique and quality. Only feedback, would liked some personal outside space, however there was plenty around the property. Ps Good sized pool across the road allowing a proper distance swim, unusual for a city centre hotel. Only negative, we had an issue with AC, which they fixed immediately- apparently they need to clean the filters, which could be done proactively?

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in, for atmosphere, ambiance, setting, decor and staff.

Excellent stay at the FCC. The included breakfast buffet was awesome.

시설과 직원들의 서비스는 좋았음 시내 및 관광지와 가까워 놀기 좋았음 음식 자체가 엄청 맛있진 않았는데 가격은 비싼편, 에어컨 관리가 안되어 공기질이 안좋음 다만 더워서 에어컨은 써야하는 상황이라 완전 만족한 숙소는 아님

While this hotel has a 5-star rating, it felt more like a 4-star experience. The breakfast buffet was very good, a definite highlight of our stay. However, we were disappointed that the in-room safe was not secured to the furniture, which felt like a lapse in security. Additionally, in our room, the shower-tub setup was quite challenging to navigate. For anyone with mobility issues or older guests, this could pose a significant problem. If you’re considering a stay, make sure to inquire about the bathroom setup in advance.
