The minute you walk into the reception area you are greeted by very friendly and helpful staff. The property itself is gorgeous and newly remodeled and restored. Every detail is gorgeous! It’s very modern and in good taste. The pool is spectacular and the pool bar is special. The rooms are spacious and had a lake view with a balcony. Beds are very comfortable. The location is perfect close to any thing you want to do. We took a boat to the Iobella island and the jumped in the lake. Highly recommend this property

Very nice hotel with a great pool, and friendly helpful staff, good food also!

The hotel has been very recently renovated, the interior design is really beautiful… staff is helpful and friendly. We stayed in junior suites and a terrace suite with lake view and they were amazing and spacious. A few amenities missing, like conditioner, tissues and body lotion, and carpet throughout makes it hard to handle luggage, but the rest is so great that it doesn’t matter in the end. Overall, great!

The Grand Bristol hotel is by far the very best of all the places we have stayed so far, in Italy. The rooms were extremely comfortable. The bathrooms with their beautiful modern design were an unexpected surprise! The beautiful gardens & pool, the luxurious rooms, the wonderful views, the warm and friendly staff made this an extra special place to stay with our family. So welcoming and hospitable for those traveling with babies too. We loved the fact that most of our excursions were walking distance, including the launch point to the boat ride to the Borromean islands. The Palace & garden tour is a must see. It was beauty beyond words!

Great location. We were very lucky to be upgraded to a lake view(possibly due to building work at the back of the hotel) which was fantastic. As we only did a long weekend didn’t even notice the works. Short walk (10 minutes) to town centre with its restaurants and charm.

Hotel muito bonito, recém renovado. Equipe de funcionários precisa melhorar na hospitalidade e acolhimento ao hóspede. Escolhi o hotel pra passar meu aniversário e minha família pediu pra eles entregarem um bolo no café da manhã… Ficamos esperando mais de uma hora e ninguém trouxe… Nenhuma lembrança no quarto também… Achamos descaso do hotel…
