The hotel staff were very welcoming and provided excellent service. The lighting was a bit dim in some areas, and the breakfast service was inconsistent on the first day. Great location, overall very good

Great hotel, clean and pleasant; perfect location for the historic quarters of town. Specially good was the breakfast. Personnel are good, efficient and attentive all the way. They make you feel welcome. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

A nice hotel with a large room in the centre of the historic area but we arrived at 9.30pm and the restaurant and room service were closed and the only food was tinned sausages and chips at the mini bar. The breakfast was sub par.

Overall, this was a convenient location and a pleasant stay with attentive staff who helped arranged guided tours and driver. Much appreciated. LS. Canada

everything was wonderful, La Candelaria/ Bogota is beautiful and the hotel is right by Colon theather. The service is amazing, as well as the food and location.

Great location - 2 blocks from plaza bolivar. Felt upscale, safe, very walkable & close to all the museums. Room - clean and big enough. Great view. The shower had no pressure and flush wasn’t working great. Staff - amazing. They knew manageable English. Weren’t good with sure seeing tips though. Food - Breakfast was above average. Restaurant on the expensive side, but amazing food. NOTE: the 2 twin rooms are small & twin beds are good only for 1 person. They upgraded us for free to a king + twin.
