Staff hotel sangat ramah, kamar bersih dan nyaman

The welcoming staff is friendly but check out staff is slightly rude. We complaint on the dust came out from air conditioning but yet she didn't take any action or has sense of apology.

The room suits me well for the trip. The bed is comfortable and the hotel closes to the bus stop.

The male receptionist was so rude and the room was so dirty. Definitely will not comeback to this place.

The front desk staff was very helpful and informative.

Basic room, good to sleep in. Comes with toothbrush, soap and shampoo. Doesn't have parking lot at the hotel but opposite the road have public parking.

住得很愉快。接待我的小伙子非常友好热情。他非常了解我的情况，还帮我安排了房间和风扇，让我住得非常愉快。以后我出门在外想短暂休息的时候，一定会再来这里。感觉就像在家一样。

I had a pleasant stay in here. The accommodation is exactly beside bus station. It is convenient. Staffs are friendly and hotel facility worked well.

我非常幸运，入住时被升级到了豪华房。前台接待员也非常友善。酒店干净整洁，房间整洁，食物也很标准。周围有很多便宜的餐厅（印尼菜、马来菜、印度菜、泰国菜、意大利菜、地中海菜等等）。7-11便利店就在附近。酒店离新加坡国立大学很近，步行大约7-10分钟就到了，这点很方便。我以后来新加坡的时候真的会考虑再次入住这家酒店。

Pertama check-in saya sudah dikasih terima kamar yang salah setelah tidur semalam disuruh pindah kamar ke kamar yang lebih kecil, air panas di kamar mandi tidak panas, akhirnya anak saya mandi sampei gemetaran jauh dari pusat kota berkali-kali nyasar wkt mau balik ke hotel pelayanan parah tv dikmr jg kcl pokoknya tidak akan balik lagi ke htl ini
