The location was great - right on the water and close to the castle, shops and boat docks. It was over 100 degrees when we visited and the air conditioning in the room helped but couldn’t keep up with the heat. The room was comfortable but a little old and dusty. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Manque de communication pour l'arrivée car difficile d'accès et il faudrait avoir des informations concernant le parking et la navette. Le restaurant n'est pas au niveau d'un hôtel 4 étoiles.

Rude service all around. Receptionist and hotel manager/owner created an issue on broken bar bill showing ordered items (cafe latte, espresso and soft drink) saying that it was missing the food (which we did not order). On check/out receptionist did not bother to ask if we had enjoyed our stay. Hotel customers are treated like barn chickens soon to be slaughtered!

Beautiful hotel to spend a few days in Sirmione, location great, friendly staff & breakfast was beautiful. Visited Terme di Sirmione spa for a few hours, great for relaxing. Overall great time

The breakfast was beyond our expectations and enjoyed fully on the terrace just above the water. But probably best of all was the perfect location in historic Sirmione. The staff in the reception were extremely helpful. The room was clean but simple and small, although one really should spend all the available time outdoors exploring the beautiful town and surroundings.

Amazing location and views.

Mycket trevlig boende med egen badbrygga. Frukosten är super och man sitter ute på bryggan och äter i skuggan. Bokar du parkering på hotellet parkerar man utanför murarna sen får man transport till hotellet. Toppen! Vi bodde i rum med balkong ut mot vattnet, superfint. Rekommenderas.

Todo muy bien

Stort flott rom med fantastisk utsikt og liten balkong. Utmerket beliggenhet midt i sentrum. Bra frokost. Kjekt soldekk med muligheter for bading i sjøen. Dårlig dusj på soldekk… Veldig bra og nyttig transport med golfbil fra parkeringsplass (organisert via hotellet).

Anbefales på det sterkeste. God frokost, fine rom i annekset. Kunne ønske at det var solsenger på bryggen hvor man kunne bade.

Great location, right on the lake and right by the castle. Nice restaurant right on the water - you can jump in the lake from the restaurant! Clean property, helpful staff - we would stay there again.

The location of the hotel is amazing, hence a slightly bigger price tag, which is fair enough. However, the rooms are quite basic. The bathroom dated. The room with the terrace and hot tub has warped and flaking decking and the hot tub itself had a stain around the waterline (which the guy wiped away on our arrival) but it returned after a short walk around the beautiful Sirmione. Not sure how regularly the water is replaced in the hot tubs, but generally it was a bit worn and shabby. In addition, the bed slats fell of my partner's side of the bed as shelay down in the bed. I fixed them but we told reception and they delay with it by fixing it (which I'd already done)....we returned back and simply sitting on the bed meant the slats fell off again. After a second complaint they replaced the bed for us. The staff were lovely, welcoming and friendly. It's just a shame they haven't invested into the upkeep and to give the place a more modern or authentic decoration in the rooms/en suite and a bit more upkeep on the decking and hottubs etc

Nydelig hotell midt i gamlebyen Sirmione. Deilige rom, god frokost, god seng og hyggelig personale. Anbefales!
