Great location. Staff very good. Room was good but carpet needed to be cleaned.

tolles Zimmer mit grosser Terrasse - im Sommer sicher super, im Winter ist es so hoch oben meist zu kalt um draussen zu sitzen. Gute Betten und Badezimmer! Personal gut abgestimmt auf die Ansprüche des Gastes!

Only one night. The staff was very friendly

Outstanding service from start to finish. Highly attentive staff from concierge and shuttle service to ski fitting, housekeeping and restaurant team, all impeccable. Enjoyed the views and amenities in the suite and super handy location for skiing, easy 5 minute walk to gondola and 10 min walk in to town. Would stay again.

Hotel excepcional, muito novo, excelentes instalações, vista incrível, restaurante e serviço muito bons. Estivemos no verão, dias quentes. Por ser um hotel de montanha, com instalações preparadas p o frio intenso, sem ar condicionado, o quarto ficava muito quente, o que foi desagradável. No mais, tudo impecável!

Fabulous hotel with very attentive staff who were very knowledgeable and went out of their way

Overall good, some room renovation wouldn’t hurt. The breakfast buffet was lean especially in salty choices and the scrambled eggs ordered seemingly not from fresh eggs… Very friendly and helpful staff.

Lovely setting perched above Crans-Montana, great views. Chic contemporary decor. Excellent service, in particular front desk and Concierge staff.
