Bolt on door didn’t work. No way to lock sliding glass door. Service in restaurant for breakfast was very slow.

Staff was professional and courteous. Bathroom and beds were small. Outside entrance to rooms had a foul odor.

The lady in the from counter mess up my room . Dint not got room service. My room ley stop working on my 2 day stay. 😒lost time from my life due to counter team member not going her job right.

Unfortunately, on the day we arrived, the air conditioner was not working. However, the staff had done everything they could to keep the temperature in hotel down. So we were still able to sleep in a 72° room. The staff were very accommodating and apologize for the inconvenience.

Room ac did not work.. hallways and room smelled like cat pee.

Check in was weird, lady was not friendly at all. Then my friend was checking in right next to me and she had a much nicer person. If you dislike your job QUIT!

Staff was pleasant and despite being graduation weekend it was very quiet. Yay!

The desk clerk was sweet and very helpful. The room was clean and wonderful. Only issue was the hot tub. It was scorching hot, way too hot for anyone to get in. Very nice property and conveniently located

The hot tub didnt stay hot for.ling, pool area smelled like sewer, guessing there is a leak under there for how much water comes up under the pool, night lady at the front desk could use and attitude adjustment,

Nice and clean, great staff

The room was clean however it could use some updating. You can tell there hasn't been any remodeling done to the rooms in awhile and it's showing. The mattress was fair but not one of the more expensive ones that give more support and comfort. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was top-notched.

Room was hot. We were told the A/C wouldn’t cool the room because the outside air temp was too low for the roof minutes chiller to kick on so we were told to turn the thermostat off. So the room was hot all night. The toilet never really flushed very well. Thought the toilet was going to overflow. Good thing I didn’t need to poop. The bed was very soft and uncomfortable. My lower back hurt the next day after sleeping on the bed. The door knob/level only opened the door after about 10 tries. It wasn’t an issue with the card reader. We made it work, but just never knew how many tries it would take to get the door to open. Breakfast was very good, so they have that going for them.

Piles of dog crap all over around the back door entrance. Pool side rooms had toilet water seeping on the bathroom floors. Got moved to a new room in the middle of the night. Hard bed, toilet so low it was like going to a day care using the kiddy potty. We won't go back. No compensation offered for our inconvenience in the middle of the night.
