Wir waren positiv überrascht, was das Hotel alles zu bieten hatte: Ablage Gepäck, kostenlose Strandhandtücher, später Check out, günstige Getränke, tolles Frühstück. Wir hatten nicht viel für ein 2 Sterne erwartet und waren am Ende sehr zufrieden

Dirty room hair all over the bed. No hot water. Only helpful thing was a taxi booked

Muy buena experiencia. La ubicación es excelente, especialmente para quienes necesitan estar cerca del aeropuerto. La habitación estaba limpia, cómoda y bien cuidada. Además, el personal fue muy amable y atento durante toda nuestra estancia. Sin duda, una buena opción para alojarse y la recomendaríamos.

Had a wonderful stay, can’t understand the star rating. Staff were super helpful and attentive, room had everything needed and was very clean. Pool was nice enough - not the biggest pool but fine for us. Location was great, shops nearby and beach so close to- easy to navigate. Breakfast was also really lovely and fresh

Loved that there was AC. For the price paid it is worth it. Lots of noise at night from those in the hotel and out.

Séjour très agréable, pratique pour aller à la plage à pied ,petit déjeuner excellent pour le prix; dommage nous l'avons pris qu'une seul fois car on partait le matin de bonne heure pour effectuer les visites, je tiens à remercier le personnel dans l'ensemble, car disponible et super agréable, encore merci pour vos services rendus et votre disponibilité le jour comme la nuit, félicitations à votre personnel.

Für ein 2 Sterne Hotel auf Malle wirklich sehr angenehm.Das Hotezimmer war sauber.das Frühstück auch völlig ausreichend,auch wenn wir es nur einmal hin geschafft haben. Das Personal super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit..preiswerte Getränke an der Bar.. Vielen Dank für den entspannten Aufenthalt. Lg Sarah

Das Personal sehr freundlich, dass Frühstück und das Abendessen super und ausreichend. Die Bar war sehr preiswert, man konnte lange an der Bar verweilen. Danke ans Team

Un buffet bien achalandé et copieux. Le bar est bien et les prix corrects. Le personnel est très agréable malgré un debut un peu cahotique.

Petit déjeuner bien, salle d'eau trop petite, produit douche ne fonctionnait pas, pas beaucoup de choix pour le repas du soir

Chambre confortable, il manque juste des porte-serviettes dans la salle d'eau. Cependant on entend tous les bruits des chambres voisines et certains clients ne se gênent pas à toutes heures de la nuit. C'est dommage ! On ne peut pas stationner à proximité, le parking se trouve à environ 300m.

The hotel rates its self basic and has 2 stars and I feel it gives more back than that, so rate it excellent compared to what we expected. Room was plain but clean with fresh towel. Balcony basic. Breakfast was fab, the staff were very friendly. Pool not very clean and sun lounge area basic but we didn’t come to lie about the pool so this didn’t bother us. We would come again for the price we paid. The hotel is a nice walk away from the main shops, about 10mins. Bar prices very reasonable, sometime cheaper than the super market.

The room, the stay, and free shuttle were all very good. However, I stayed with my 11-year old child and we're charged for city tax for both of us. I realised child do not need to pay city tax later, but didn't have chance to ask. The checked us in with our passports and should know the child's age and should know it's tax free for children. What's worse is that the staff member at reception charged my card twice . I asked for a refund immediately , he gave me a receipt looks like a void receipt, but my card statement still show double charges. It just looked like he doesn't know how to do his job, plus he bearly understand or speak any English . Very disappointed.
