服務非常好、賓至如歸、酒店內溫泉比較少選擇。設備齊全、房間返新很舒適。交通方便有接駁巴士來往區內及車站

從一開始入住服務人員到客服房和附近周邊！一切美好

房間寬敞，服務人員很周到親切。溫泉浴池也很大很好。還有到湯畑的接駁車，十分周到。

Hotel as a whole was clean and well kept, although the decor was rather dated that gave you an ‘80s vibe (in a good way). Dinner buffet was nice and have a decent variety of dishes. I will highly recommend future guests to opt for it. Staff was courteous and professional. Both checking in and checking out was efficient despite being in high season.

It’s a really good onsen hotel

I would highly recommend this hotel. It is really a nice place, just 5-15 minutes away from the bus stop and Yubatake. This hotel is clean, both the room and the public area, staff are very friendly and welcoming.

不論是去泡湯、吃晚餐、欣賞表演、前往大廳等...，都能聞到吸煙室飄散出來的煙味，又無法繞過 。

早晚餐很豐富亦很美味，溫泉後有按摩椅舒緩一天的疲累，十分體貼。

不用擔心不懂日語，因為有外藉職員，可以用英文溝通，服務態度非常好，講解很清晰。亦有免費接駁巴士往返巴士總站及湯畑（需要留意時間表）。溫泉體驗不錯。

温泉好正，室外硫磺湯浸完一晚已白滑不同。生日慶祝房間被升級了2房套很愉快的體驗，自助早晚餐都很一般，建議外食

This hotel provide excellent check in and welcome drink！ The drum show is very good, buffet dinner is fantastic and has a wide variety of choice.
