我們被安排在地面層對著大街的房間，由於房間空氣不流通所以要把窗戶打開，晚上車輛經過，對面酒吧客人會很嘈吵！雖然房間內設備比較舊但價錢完全抵消！

Very small room and very hot with no option to open window.

Achei a funcionaria que trabalha no café da manhã um pouco rude. A localização é muito boa, tem estacionamento e o café da manhã é bom. O quarto é espaçoso, porém nos colocaram 2 camas de solteiro juntas, ao invés de uma cama de casal.

Our stay was very nice! The staff were helpful and polite. The hotel is very close to shopping and restaurants.

Wir haben ein ruhiges Zimmer bekommen mit Blick in den Hinterhof. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Las personas que atienden el hotel son muy amables, el hotel en general se mantiene limpio, el desayuno que ofrecen está bien

Nice location a few blocks from the main drag. Near a park, relativeky small and quier. Goid value.

Ok Hotel, men gammelt og slidt

The property is well located in the downtown of El Calafate My bedroom was not ready at the time of the check in. The property needs some updates as the mattresses are old, pillows, the bedding sheets, blankets... and some of the staff are rude, especially the guy who was at the front desk on Sunday morning.

Close to the action. Reasonably priced. Will stay here again

Hotel lindo, solamente cuenta con servicio de restaurante con reservacion y un solo platillo, el desayuno muy bien. Además no tiene un basurero en la habitación, solo el del baño. Creo que pueden mejorar los servicios ofrecidos a los huéspedes.

Great location and friendly enough staff, but the bathrooms are barely serviceable and the place is so noisy. All of the doors are hollow and you can hear every conversation, door open and slam close. Also A/C and ground floor windows open mean anyone could climb in. You might save a few bucks, but you won’t sleep at all.

The hotel was mostly great. The one problem was the room was too warm, and we couldn’t open the window wide to cool it off, because it was on a busy street with no privacy.

Het hotel ligt zeer centraal, wij vinden dat ze wel hadden moeten vermelden dat er een festival in El Calafate was, en dat het festivalterrein maar op enkele tientallen meters van het hotel lag. Je kon dus niet vroeg gaan slapen en dat is vervelend als je om 7.15 uur word opgehaald voor een excursie, of als je om 7.20 uur op het vliegveld moet zijn

Well located in centre of town. Fairly basic, but comfortable and staff were very friendly and helpful.

O 1⁰ cuidado é que se deve ter é com a temperatura da água do chuveiro. A água da torneira quente é muito, muito quente. Quando eu estava lá, um casal relatou que queimou a mão e que não saía agua fria da torneira fria. Café da manhã sofrível para os padrões brasileiros. Mas isso foi assim também em Ushuaia, dias antes. Os funcionários são muito bons e atenciosos. A localização muito boa, próxima da avenida principal. Os preços de Jan25 estavam muito altos, mas não tive escolha, a reserva foi feita com muita antecedência (Set24) e a cobrança ocorreu 4 meses depois e, em dólar. Considerando que o real nesse período se desvalorizou e o peso estava em forte recuperação... recomendo ficarem no segundo piso, onde não teve falta de água fria como no primeiro piso.
