Good position to ski resort and very comfortable room. The staff was also friendly and kindly.

Wir haben eine Nacht in diesem Hotel verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gemütlich, das Frühstück lecker und abwechslungsreich, und das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Very good over all. Our room didn’t have aircondition, so it was very warm during the night. But love place and the is plenty of stuff to do in the city and in the Region.

Next to lift and bike rentals. Clean and nice.

Great hotel and perfect for the slopes. Unfortunately booked as pay on arrival but they take payment 1 month before directly off your credit card. So you lose the key points too. Very poor that thus website pass on the sensitive data.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, gegenüber der Gondel Planai. Essen sehr lecker, Buffet Formel mit frisch präparieren Speisen in einer showkitchen.

Kitchen smell on room corridors, dining area is connected to open kitchen and smelly. Food selection is below 4* hotel level, and food quality is not that high. Coffee is awful, from a generic machine, no real espresso machine in the hotel. There were no coffee makers in rooms. Rooms were supplied with glasses but cleaning ladies did not bother to replace or clean them unless asked which is annoying. This hotel needs a serious upgrade regarding ventilation and service. Sauna was nice and new, but also no drinks or fruit there, just water and basic towels, while they charge for robes to hotel guests. Rooms are spacious with good beds and bedding. Bathroom items are also missing, with a basic soap, shampoo/conditioner. This is not a 4* hotel standard at all. Lower level than basic Ibis for everything except the room size.
