Nous avons apprécié l’ensemble, chambre spacieuse bien équipée, personnels à l’écoute et sympathiques, bon petit déjeuner fait maison et varié. Magnifique jardin, piscine … On a fait un bon choix pour découvrir Lisbonne !

Séjour sympathique mais décevant au niveau de la nuisance sonore! Nous avons pris la suite… malheureusement elle donne sur la rue et l’immeuble est très mal isolé au niveau sonore. Ça a été un calvaire! Trop de bruit des voitures des passants… vraiment décevant vu le coût de la suite!

Beautifully restored old Palace with 3 outside terraces to relax at & a pool. Staff is exceptionally accommodating & friendly. Stairs, no elevator. Will definitely return, a great find in Lisbon.

Lovely place, great area

Elegantes Stadtpalais, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Zimmer geräumig, aber viel Dachschräge, Matratze sehr hart. Steile Treppen ohne Aufzug. Warmes Wasser in der Dusche benötigte 4 Minuten. Frühstück wird serviert mit m.E. mäßiger Qualität. Preis Leistung nicht gut in meinen Augen

This is a lovely hotel in a very easy location for access to the sites.

Det var väldigt fuktigt på rummet. Sängen var smal och inte särskilt bekväm.

Beautiful ancient Palacio in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. Breakfasts were delicious. Staff was super nice and helpful.

Our stay at the Palacio Ramalhete was an exceptional experience and in many ways exceeded our expectations. The reception was welcoming and highly efficient even going as far as carrying our suitcases up the stairs to our room. The breakfast was delicious and served in a beautiful and magnificently decorated dining room. Most of all, the staff without exception (Suman, Subash, Saddam, Jessica & Isabella) could not be more accommodating adding their own personal touch to make our stay at the Palacio Ramalhete particularly memorable. Thank you to everyone at the Palacio Ramalhete for an outstanding stay.

This property was superb, the staff so helpful and friendly, the hotel itself was quirky and decorated with taste. There was so much choice for breakfast. The pool area was relaxing after a day out in Lisbon. I would recommend this hotel, 5 star
