Nice property and staff, clean, good view. Eletric plugs near bed is not easily reachable. Nice breakfast spread with good fruits.

Large hotel beach front. We stayed only tome day in out way to Lençóis

The hotel breakfast and ataff are great. The area is safe compare to centro. Centro is dangerous. we went there and were attacked by 2 people while many people watching at 10:30 amvas if it is normal. police came later and did nothing. we heard from them that we were the third attack. d sao luis is very dangerous. go straight to barrienhas if you lan to visit the Lencyos national park. it is not worth to risk your life. there are many poor people in town and police has given up.

The hotel is nice and has a great view, but the smell in the room was horrible - it was moldy.

Great views, well appointed rooms, comfortable bed, and clean. Great service, easy parking, good breakfast buffet and restaurant , nice pool and gym good spa. Convenient.

Hotel is amazing. I was here for 7 days/nights, had an ocean view, and would definitely stay here again. The staff and service are friendly, helpful, and great all throughout the hotel (from the front desk, to the pool area, and to the restaurants). Great breakfast buffet and many food options. The only thing that was a bit frustrating, was the elevators: (1) One of the three elevators was not working, and (2) Whether you are going up or down, the elevator often stopped on each floor that was pushed ... which often made it a long ride.

Is not safe around, outside of the hotel

Hotel was nice, friendly staff. Access to the beach was a dirt path that could be done a bit better for easier access. The grass area to get to the beach was full of dog droppings that now one picks up so watch out for that mine field when walking there. The hotel was under renovations and was notified before booking. No issues there as they allowed guests to utilize the service elevators to help guests out. The breakfast was good each morning and the room service was very good. I would stay there again.

nice beach, nice pool

Pros.I was there for seven days. The lobby and restaurant and bar area are very modern nice with good service, and the common rest rooms are very modern clean. I was there two hours early for check in and the desk clerk still aloud early check in with no additional charge. Clean room. Good room service. Beautiful view from balcony. Cons. There are three elevators. Very slow. Waited five-minutes multiple times going and coming. Hall carpet on my floor was soiled and worn. Room air conditioner worked fine but had a musty smell. No coffee maker. No safe direct beach access. Either have to walk down a steep eroded loose rocky path through tall grass or a trashy unkept side street that leads to a muddy clay path about 300 yards. Either was not safe. Deal breaker for me on my next trip to the area. Service and atmosphere by the pool was poor. Service employees were not attentive. Constantly had to chase them down for service. Breakfast items that were supposed to be hot were limited, and just slightly warm and, in some instances the eggs were cold.

We loved our stay at Hotel Luzeiros São Luis. This hotel was in a nice location and had everything you could want in a hotel. Their breakfast was amazing as well as their room service. They have the best gym I have seen at any hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are a good amount of options of things to do and eat around the hotel.
