Perfect & always timely service (great personell who does make the difference - thanks for having us!), friendly service, totally relaxed atmosphere, quiet place to chill with a great spa and with a really nice & quite fancy restaurant (Leonard's). Great food but not cheap. Walking distance (3-4' or so) to the heart of Gstaad and to the train station. Not much more you can ask for ;-)

Classy 5star hotel with well educated and trained friendly personal . Very hight level 5 start hotel. All details were looked at. Housekeeping was excellent I must say and absolutely amazing. Also Plenty of food selections. This good 5 start hotels. No complains. One of the best hotels in Gstaad. The pool area was good as well. Front desk personal effective and service minded. We stayed 5 nights.

Bel hôtel, mais pas bon rapport qualité - prix ! Déçu par le restaurant ! Nous avions le repas du soir compris dans le prix de la chambre. Le menu du jour, compris dans le prix de la chambre, ne proposait rien pour les végétariens. Surprenant pour un hôtel 5*! On nous a proposé la carte du bar !!! Ou le menu surprise ! La surprise était le supplément à payer pour un repas très moyen et pas digne de ce genre d hôtel ! Ce qui n est pas précisé lors de la réservation, c est que le prix du menu du soir est pour 3 plats ! On nous demande si l on désire 3 ou 4 plats sans vous parler du supplément à payer ! Nous étions dans le chalet à côté de l hôtel. La chambre est agréable, très bonne literie et le balcon est sympa.

From the hot chocolate as a welcome drink by the fire to the Afternoon tea on the day of our departure, our stay at this hotel was just perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is just gorgeous, with stunning flower arrangements throughout. My absolute favourite is the delightful wallpaper in The Lounge.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter/innen. Schönes und ruhiges Hotel. Frühstück in Coronazeit sehr gut organisiert, d.h. top Service direkt am Tisch anstelle Buffet. Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Everything was perfect until the time of leaving, very early: 05:20 13/3/20. A take away breakfast had kindly been arranged for ny train journey to Geneva. Sadly it was not prepared for me to collect at the AGREED time. I had a train to catch; I couldnt wait beyond 05:26. I wasnt very happy at all.

Great location, above excellent service, and so many amenities on site that we almost didn't want to leave the building. The expansive spa, quality restaurant, and lounge music were all nearly equally top notch. Though I guess I'd give it to the spa in a tie-breaker.

Le spa est superbe. La gestion électrique de la chambre n’est pas formidable. Interrupteur qui coupe le son de la TV... Pas assez de prise pour le téléphone. Cafetière qui fuit.
