第二次路过入住了，除了房间小点以外没有任何缺点，首先，前台服务极其热情，知道我第二天早起不能吃早餐，特意预备了take away有水果、矿泉水、两个汉堡还有一个巧克力棒。知道我没有买到去意大利的火车票特地帮我申请了可以到边境小城的全州免费公交票。那个票其实真的可以很好用的，只可惜我没时间用。 酒吧是二十四小时服务，不小心打碎了酒杯也没有要我赔偿，真的挺不好意思的。后面还有花园和游泳池，可惜没时间享受。 离火车站仅仅三五分钟步行时间。 如果非要说缺点的话就是进市区要下山，毕竟火车站在山上，酒店挨着火车站，而住市区依山而建临着湖。不过火车站有缆车可以直通市中心，下山回来半路上才发现的，可惜没有体验到。

環境寧靜，多車位，適合自駕遊。房間整潔，設備齊全，自助早餐豐富

整體很不錯，但是靠近火車鐵軌，還是有些聲音。

Excellent location next to Lugano train Station. If you are not sensitive to train noise, it's the best choice in Lugano.

地點方便，近火車站，景色還可以，遠遠見到湖景，酒店整潔乾淨，坐巴士來回廣場尚算方便，早餐多款式。酒店服務還可幫忙寄名信片。

飯店不像一班飯店，更像溫馨的家庭式旅館。有絕佳的美景，可以暸望Lugano湖等美景。入住時，有迎賓水果一籃，房間也非常整潔舒適。早餐也非常好吃，服務態度極佳。適合出差、旅遊，家庭、情侶來此住宿。 如果要挑剔，就是他沒有附瓶裝水，也沒有煮開水的熱水壺。

出火车站酒店就在右手边，非常方便。酒店硬件设施很好，服务很好，很舒适。淋浴的花洒摆位稍欠缺，如果调整一下，就更好用了。

The location is next to the train station which is very convenient. The staff is very nice. The room is tidy and clean.

The hotel is good and very near the train station. The noise coming from the train at night is acceptable. I had my dinner at the restaurant of the hotel. The price is reasonable and the food is good. The restaurant staff is very nice.

Really nice location, quite cheap to dine in hotel restaurant with nice food. Nice breakfast, room is confortable with air conditioner. Service is lovely.

The hotel is good and the staff are very helpful. However, the single room I booked was small. The hotel is adjacent to the Lugano railway station. There might be noise when you stay in a room facing the rail.

相當滿意！相當方便的地理位置，4號月台走到底，就是入口。景觀、設施、花園皆美。唯一美中不足，房內熱水壺要至櫃檯借用，隔日房務就收走了，若需要的話還要再借一次，稍不方便！房間是在瑞士住過最大的！

Beautiful room and bathroom at the front of the hotel. Had large balcony, shared with other rooms (although nobody else used it when we were there). Extremely comfortable room with efficient aircon. Food in the on-site restaurant was excellent, as was the hotel's home-grown/produced wine. Breakfast also great, with loads of choice. Staff polite and helpful. Some noise from passing trains when windows were open, but being near the station was a requirement for us, and this didn't impact our stay.
