Room smells like cigarette smoke & feel stuffy. My child keep sneezing because of it. Clogged sink in the bathroom & they forgot to prepare the towels:(the staff was friendly though.

Would have rated good but I experience not once but 3 times power outage, which affects my stay for the whole day becoming so unpleasant.

room was very small..noisy sound from main road heard..very annoying..

The hotel is located beside the highway, the sound disturb my sleeping quality. should put those wall the prevent the sound from entering the room

Overall. Ok within to price. The standard not too small. No smelly and the room and bathroom clean but for me as muslim, need a be more space for praying. I can pray beside the bed because the direction of qibla. For me, this hotel can repeat to stay. Have a lot parking outside the hotel.

air con not function. very hot.. bedsheet with stain. front desk was not friendly enough. only sit and play mobile. have to use our ic to check in, all personal data has been entered in their system ....hence, it took more than 8 mins to do check.in.
