Nice hotel. There is lots of restaurant and entertainment near this hotel. Friendly receptionist and staff. Good experience! For sure will come again!

The room is clean. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Cigarette fumes was in the room whole night.

My stay was ok. The best part is the strategic location. There are so many convenient stores, restaurants and coffee shops near by. Hence, you don't have to travel far for meals. The female receptionist was really nice. She explained things to me clearly and slowly. I understand that this is a budget hotel. But the thing that I worried the most was the door. It could have been secured. It could be great if the hotel can upgrade it. And the stain on the wall can be repainted too. This is suitable for short stay and just for a place to sleep at night. I didn't stay much in the hotel. This was fine for me except the door.

overall are very good, very warmly and nice hospitality. It is close to public transportation and easy to find any kind of food. The room is clean and enough complete.

This is my 4th or 5th stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, I have been given a room with a toilet that has no lock from the outside causing the door to remain unlocked. The hotel should do something bout it.

Basic toiletries like toothbrush toothpaste are not provided, one socket are not functioning...even cockroach can be seen inside the room...cleanliness and room service really needs to be improved.

normal walk in rate is > rm100++ . if it's not online booking... I will have to pay rm300++ for 3n2d stay. Be allowed only great and bad experience, i would love to rate as average. but there's no option for that. only great and bad, well it's not really too bad though... CONS 1. No HAIRDRYER hotel rate > rm100++, usually provided with some complementary coffee/tea in the room, kettle, hairdryer... but it's okay. 2. poor check in service when i arrived at the check in counter, there were 2 guy at the counter. none of them look at me and greet me. i was left a few minutes unattended/ ungreet standing in front of the counter. 3. no water supply on last day woke up almost in the afternoon, found out no water supply. luckily bought some mineral water for that big business at the toilet bowl. but the flush can be use...weird? 4. toilet flush no water in the evening, water supply is back, but then flush is not usable. no water filling in the flush tank... weird? didn't bother to ask the counter staff, checking out soon anyway... PROS 1. Comfortable bed 2. decent,clean room

Towels need to change cos they are "greyish". Pillows are too soft. Cups and toilet paper roll not enough.

The towel given is not white, is greyish... Mattress need to upgrade, too soft and the spring are all out.

I stayed for 3 days... the third day I asked for room cleaning but no action taken, I'm very disappointed.

WiFi sangat laju. Meja depan beri layanan mesra. Staff okay. Cuma bilik ada lipas sahaja waktu lampu tengah tutup.

Murah dan dekat dengan office tempat kerja.
