适合有工作并且想住在靠近市中心的人。非常靠近 Teruntum 塔。步行即可轻松找到食物。只是房间没有景观。

No drinking water in room. No toiletres.

Wonderful experience, this is 2nd time chek in here. Spacious room, great breakfast, got halal certified from jakim. Just room not soundproof, overall great 9/10 highly recommended.

Hotel okay, cuma makanan breakfast.. menu yang sama sejak beberapa kali menginap di sini. Tiada perubahan menu menyebabkan terfikir untuk menginap di hotel lain selepas ni.

Good stayed. Once check in, TV cannot open, staff upgrade to premium room. Good and nice staff.

lokasi strategik. staf mesra dan sopan, memang terbaik, parkir disediakan di belakang hotel, bilik besar, luas dan bersih cuma tak kedap bunyi (boleh dengar jiran tutup pintu) tandas luas dan bersih.

Staff OK, brekfes OK, room OK, toilet OK, wifi slow, TV bosan.

Check-in time taking so long about 15 minutes per guest. Hotel management should manage check-in time in a short time. My family so tired when need to wait for a long time because need to line up and taking so long time per guest!

Hotel okay. Check in senang, staff baik, parking pun senang, bilik je macam kena check dinding & kondisi katil tu, Tapi overall okay je. Semuanya best.

The hotel is clean and spacious with a huge car park, near the river. The river view from the hotel is invigorating and the tall tower beside the hotel is very impressive. I enjoyed the bathroom facilities, especially, the shower with water coming down like a waterfall. There are also many restaurants near the hotel. Getting a good meal is not a problem. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives who would travel to Kuantan.

Big room, clean but no tissue provided. Toilet roll not provided, call reception. Housekeeping take a while to send maybe lack of staff.

Agak bising (boleh dengar kenderaan lalu lalang) bila berada di dalam bilik. Menu breakfast banyak kena improve. So so je rasa.

Bilik bagus bersih perkhidmatan pun bagus dan makanan pun ok 😁👍⭐⭐⭐⭐

Sangat memuaskan.. Bilik bersih pemandangan sungai kuantan yang indah.. Akan repeat lagi di masa akan datang..

Bilik bersih, staff ramah dan membantu, parking banyak, makanan baik, ada sedikit masalah tapi staff selesaikan segera.
