上次住應該是5-10年前了，很喜歡環境所以這次帶家人再訪。 服務很好，箱根很美、溫泉很棒，旅遊很放鬆！ 唯獨晚餐沒有太驚艷，有點小小的可惜。

Excelente! Tudo perfeito! A experiência do Onsen, jantar e café da manhã japoneses foi maravilhosa! Pena que foi só por um dia! Nossa staff Quynn super atenciosa! Com certeza voltaremos a Hakone e nos hospedaremos com vocês novamente. Táxi/ Uber da estação de trem Hakone ou vice-versa vale a pena. Em torno de 1000 a 1300 ienes.

Loved staying at a Japanese ryoukan and a super warm onsen in our room as incredible. The kaiseki dinner service was very good as well. Loved the experience

露天風呂付き和室に宿泊しましたが、お部屋の雰囲気もとても良くて居心地の良い時間を過ごせました。 ドライヤー、シャンプー類は全てリファで揃えてありました。 夕食もお部屋で落ち着いていただけて大満足の旅でした。 又ぜひ伺いたいです。

Hotel antigo necessitando de reforma

Leuk hotel voor de buitenlanders die eens traditioneel Japans willen beleven. Tweemaal zeer lekker kaiseki avondmaal op de kamer opgediend gekregen. Zalig warmwaterkuip op het terras om lekker te ontspannen. Op de grond slapen op futons is een ervaring die je echt moet proberen. Drie verbeterpunten: Er is te weinig licht boven de wastafel. De info over de shuttle van het station naar het hotel en terug is onduidelijk. Er zou een duidelijke engelstalige handleiding voor de klanten beschikbaar moeten zijn zodat ze weten hoe alles verloopt in een ryokan. Het personeel kan nauwelijks helpen omdat ze nagenoeg enkel Japans spreken. De omgeving is echt de moeite om te ontdekken: openlucht museum, Lalique museum, Gora Park, het meer en de treintjes. Blijf zeker 2 nachten/3 dagen.

源泉掛け流し付きの客室に、親子3世代4人で宿泊。部屋の露天風呂の床、洗面所の床も床暖房が付いている為、寒い日でも安心して露天風呂を楽しめました。大浴場にも新しい露天風呂がありました。

7ヶ月の息子と泊まらせていただきました。部屋に備え付けの温泉のおかげで初めての温泉を楽しく満喫させていただきました。

친절한 직원, 조욘한 객실, 온천도 좋아요.

とても清潔できれいなホテルだった。従業員の方々も親切で丁寧な接客だった。食事もおいしかった。露天風呂付きの部屋だったので、いつでも温泉に入ることができて最高だった。また泊まりたいと思った。

偶然ホテルズコムで見つけたホテルでしたが、キレイで従業員の皆さんがとても感じよく、部屋も清潔で食事もおいしく温泉も使い勝手がよく最高でした。予約の際に高齢の母と行くのでエレベーターから近い部屋だとありがたい、と伝えたらエレベーターの真ん前の部屋でした。売店で帰る日までという福袋を売っており、買うか悩んでいたら笑顔のステキな担当者が「ご縁がありましたらご購入いくださいね。」といってくださり、買ってみたところとってもすばらしい内容でした。部屋食の担当者も朝のレストランの担当者も細やかな心づかいで若い方が意欲的に働けるホテルなのかな？と感じました。ぜひまた来たいホテルです。

Our room was in what appeared to be the older annex and the building and room were both old and shabby. There was peeling wallpaper and lamp shades that were coming apart. The shower room was tiny with dirty looking grout and looked like something in a third world country. We were told we didn't have breakfast included, which I know I booked. The staff said they could not add breakfast for us and said they'd check availability the next day, but never got back to us. There are no shops or restaurants near the hotel, and the bus stop is located up a steep hill. A shuttle brought us to the hotel with our luggage but didn't leave early enough for us to make our train ride when we were leaving. Pushing our luggage uphill was no joke! The onsen was the saving grace. It was wonderful with great amenities and yukata available in different sizes. This was the most expensive hotel room on our trip by far, so the lack of breakfast and the shabby rooms were a disappointment.

清潔な客室、スタッフの対応、食事など満足でしたが団体の宿泊の方も多く夜遅くまで騒いでいるの声が聞こえてきたのが残念でした。

Only confusing to navigate around the hotel

没买酒店的餐食，就餐非常不便。还好旁边的温泉有很棒的餐馆。

We really enjoyed our traditional Japanese room complete with our own private onsen. There is very little English spoken at the hotel but a lot of effort put into ensuring we were comfortable. It is a 20 minute walk from the train station but that was fine and a nice relaxing way to end the day. There is also a hotel shuttle but it is very crowded so we opted to walk instead. We booked the half board (breakfast and dinner) with our stay and it was absolutely fantastic. The quality of the food was second to none and each meal felt like a food experience. If you are looking for an authentic Japanese culinary experience with a little bit of elegance added in, go for the half board.
