有交通接駁很貼心，尤其是可先把行李帶去旅館，讓旅客可以輕鬆遊宮島後再入住真的很方便。服務態度優，非常推薦。

Valued hotel, shuttle bus was provided to travel between ferry and hotel, nice dinner and breakfast. The staff are friendly and helpful.

My hubby and I stayed there for a night. The hotel staff is so helpful. They are friendly and very polite. We arrived at the island before the check-in period and the hotel staff took our baggage at the pier to the hotel so we could explore the island more easily. The dinner was served in our room and our futons were laid very promptly by 2 skilful staff members. Then the hotel took us out for free to see the world heritage shrine ‘gate’ at night! How thoughtful! The food and the public bath there were alright but don’t expect anything fancy. On the way back to the pier on the free hotel shuttle bus, we saw some lovely deers in a more natural habitat. It worths it! I recommends it to anyone’s who visits Miyajima😊

服務很好，態度非常親切。飯店位置雖距離碼頭稍遠，但是飯店的專車接送可以解決問題。晚上還有兩個時段免費載客人到碼頭區往鳥居方向走走。晚餐是送到房間的全套日式料理（含多樣海鮮食物），用完餐後夜遊返回房間已鋪好床。床非常舒適，睡起來相當舒服，雖是有點年紀的飯店卻不會感覺破舊或骯髒。公共浴池外還有桌球室可以運動。早餐到餐廳用餐，可透過落地窗欣賞海灘景色，常可見到鹿群經過。

服務態度良好，房間舒適，有露台望海景，聽到海浪聲，環境清優寧靜。另外，酒店有提供免費的shuttle bus去宮島碼頭，也有酒店車免費接送，非常方便。

原意希望住入一晚一泊二吃 溫泉酒店；但onsen 很細很舊，沒有露天，像一個浴場已，又沒有水供應，要回大堂才有水喝。 但不得不提是員工服務極度好，那二吃都很大滿足。

宮島非常傳統的酒店，景色美麗，房間整潔，日式床墊（榻榻米)非常舒適。晚餐豐富，宮島上也有其他美食。由於酒店與碼頭有點距離，酒店有車接送往來，非常方便。晚上酒店也有安排二個時段的車接送，令我們可看看晚上的鳥居。他們細心款待，值得推薦。

距離宮島碼頭有一點距離，但飯店有安排免費接駁車定時往返碼頭及飯店。 ，飯店可以為素食房客特製素食餐點(1泊2食者)，飯店整體感覺很舒適。

The location is beautiful. A bit of a way from the town so the shuttle bus is really useful and the tourist information at the ferry terminal is more than happy to call for you if the bus isn’t waiting. The staff were all very welcoming and the public bath, dinner and breakfast were all very Japanese and very good indeed. I would definitely recommend this ryokan.

It was beautiful and very traditional hotel with with wonderful dinner ceremony! Absolutely would recommend we travel with kids and everyone was very happy.

This is a very peaceful stay away from the big cities; the traditional Japanese room was an enjoyed by our family of four. The meals are traditional which was a great experience for our kids but one can request American type meal if you’re not partial to seafood/sashimi or different textures. The shuttle is a big bonus as they picked up our bags in the AM from the ferry terminal so we could explore the area unhindered. The staff are very gracious and welcoming. I would have liked to spend more time to enjoy the surrounding nature and the friendly deer

建物は少し古いですが、隅々まで掃除が行き届いていたので心地よかったです。お部屋の食器も類も埃一つなく、とても安心感がありました。また泊まりに行きたいです。

Super endroit, le staff est exceptionnel et très professionnel. Le dîner était excellent. (Si vous n’aimez pas le poisson cru ou les huîtres, prévenez l’hôtel : je pense qu’ils pourront vous proposer autre chose.) Nous avons vécu l’expérience à fond. Le sento était très agréable. Il y a également un service de navette pour aller voir le site de nuit (2 horaires pour l’aller et 2 horaires pour le retour). Pour les personnes qui ne comprennent pas l’expérience ryokan (vu dans certains commentaires Google) : • Oui, un futon est ferme. • Oui, il n’y a pas de volets : c’est simplement occulté pour ne pas être vu de l’extérieur, et la lumière vous réveille naturellement (vers 7h30 en mars). • Oui, le petit-déjeuner et le dîner sont assez tôt (avec deux horaires possibles).
