Clean room, nice staff

Lovely hotel with quirky rooms. Staff were really helpfull and the location was perfect. A minutes walk from the main pedestrianised street, so nice and quiet.

Property was great but it was noisy at night and early morning since its across from a wine bar.

The property was in good condition, well maintained and clean. Our twin room was a little small in comparison to other hotel/motel rooms but it was as it appeared in the hotel.com information so we knew what to expect and it provided everything we needed. The ensuite was clean and fully functional. The shower cabinet was a bit tight (and I'm not of heavy build) but it worked. Constant bird calls from an adult gull and two chicks and a sparrow nesting close by were irritating at times, particularly in early morning, but that wasn't the hotel's fault. The self-service cold breakfast spread with, generally, three hot foods each day was superb. Hotel staff were extremely helpful, provided information clearly in good English when asked and were extremely patient and polite in correcting my own attempts at Polish phrases. Access to the Internet was efficient and met all my business needs. All in all, my wife and I really enjoyed our seven day stay in this Sopot hotel and the relaxing time we spent there. My only criticism, not of the hotel but of hotels.com, is that this hotel does not provide an 'airport transfer' as is advertised on the web. However, getting to the hotel in Sopot from Gdansk airport by bus, which we elected to experience, and further assistance from Google maps on my mobile phone proved uncomplicated and, indeed, quite an enjoyable experience.

Convenient location, calm atmosphere, and good breakfast.

The hotel rooms differs. Comfort depends on the room size and location. There is no lift. In one of the room there was a desk but with small fridge under so it was not possoble to sit and work. The other room has separate room with desk. It was more convenient. There are not enough electricity sockets. Overall the location is perfect, breakfast good and there is more like home atmosphere as the hotel is small.

Villa Sedan is in very good location, if you want to go to the main street or the beach. Room and shower was quite small, but we managed for a few days. Air conditioning was good. There was no fridge or minibar in the room, which was a disappointing. Safety box was also missing. Otherwise nice hotel.

Et fint lite hotel koselig betjening, men en seng for to voksne bare 140 cm er litt knapt . Og madrassen kan godt byttes ut . Fin beliggenhet kort til alt som en trenger. Måtte klage over lukten på rommet kjentes ut som det luktet muggent , de skulle seg på det . Ellers alt ialt greit hotel .men ingen heis .

Superbra läge med nära till både strand, restauranger och stadsliv. Hotellet ligger lite avsides från den stora ”turistgatan” vilket gör att du slipper mestadels av det livliga högljudda nattlivet som emellanåt uppstår, vilket vi tyckte var otroligt lugnt och skönt. Supertrevlig receptionist som verkligen gav service i stjärnklass, och som tar sig tid för dig som gäst med vad du än vill ha hjälp med, oavsett om det kommer till att bära upp väskorna till rummet, tips på restauranger eller bara allmänna frågor. Kvalitén på städningen varierade lite från dag till dag, vilket vi även meddelade receptionen inför framtida städningar. Men överlag ett otroligt trevligt litet hotell mitt i Sopots stadsstjärna. Vi rekommenderar detta hotell starkt!
