Everything is good, close to shibuya station

Hotel terletak di pintu new south exit shibuya station sehingga sangat mudah diakses dari jalur yamanote. Resepsionis ramah dan helpful, Kamar cukup spacious, bersih, dan nyaman. Meskipun terletak di stasiun namun tidak berisik sama sekali.

Staf tidak ramah dan sangat tidak membantu! Big no no recommended hotel.

Hotel was very good, cool and clean, nice employee and near with many restaurant. It was awsome.

Good location just one step with Shibuya Station.. around hotel many shops and good restaurant.. will be back again

Pertama kali sampai di Tokyo langsung naik Narita Express by JR Pass berhenti di stasiun Shibuya. Keluar south west exit dan langsung pintu hotel. Luar biasa posisi hotel ini berada di stasiun shibuya langsung, badan capek langsung ketemu kasur. Dan surprisingly kamar double-nya lumayan besar untuk ukuran hotel di Tokyo. Posisi ke shibuya crossing semuanya sangat dekat. Very highly recommended hotel.

The hotel was comfortable and so clean. The lobby is near the station. Will come back for sure and recommend this to my friend

Really enjoy my stay in this hotel, this hotel is connected with Shibuya Station, but its about 500m from Yamanote line platform by foot, its located at New South Exit of Shibuya station, just follow the new south exit sign, talking about my stay, the room was really clean, quite spacious and they have a bathtub in the bathroom, its really helpful to soak my feet after a long trip strolling around Tokyo. The toiletries and amenities was really complete, the staff was really friendly and can speak English fluently, even they help me to send my luggage to osaka, Thank you to the hotel staff 🙏🏻 Arigato gozaimasu

Lobby langsung bisa masuk ke stasiun. Paling naik kereta narita express langsung dari hotel tidak repot, depan banyak makanan. Jalan ke shibuya 109 tidak jauh.

Dari station Shibuya ternyata lumayan jauh, harus naik tangga sebanyak 3 kali menuju ke gate 4 baru mengarah ke New South Gate kemudian jalan lagi sejauh 800 meter, jadi kurang lebih jaraknya hampir 2 km dari station Shibuya, walaupun kita berjalan di stationnya tapi tetap juga terasa kalau kita harus narik-narik koper. Ukuran kamar lumayan lah, walaupun bisa dikatakan kecil, kebersihan top.

The location exactly in Shibuya station. To reach the hotel, you have to walk 10' to new south exit from JR platform. The facilities are good. But they need to clean the carpet in the room since it was dusty. Overall we enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

Really nice hotel with perfect location.. in shibuya station.. you can reach this hotel just go to new south exit at jr shibuya station.. and this hotel quite spacious and the hotel staff really helpful

The hotel location is extremely excellent; it is located at Shibuya station thus make it so easier to go anywhere! The receptionist was also hepful! However not recommended for the breakfast.
