性价比超高，房间宽敞舒适，设施齐全，早餐也很棒。肯定会再来的👌

The stay at this hotel was splendid, the room was very clean and has the traditional cozy feel, amenities were good, with public bath, breakfast spread, and even has a KTV room/table tennis room that we can book and use. There is a simple snack and beverage bar during the day for guests to enjoy, too. The hotel staff were very friendly and even helped to clear the snow off the cars parked at their premise during the morning when guests were going to make their way out. Such a simple gesture is very well appreciated. My family and kids really enjoyed and loved this place. Excellent. Thank you!

This is an old hotel, but very clean and well-maintained. We stayed just 1 night and we think it was not enough. Next time, we will come back. The ryokan room is spacious and very clean, the staff is very helpful and friendly. 😁👍

ห้องพักดีมาก สะดวกสบาย มีที่จอดรถ พนักงานให้บริการดี อาหารเช้าอร่อย มีออนเซ็นรวมและส่วนตัว คืนที่ 2 โรงแรมมีปัญหาเรื่องสัญญาณไฟไหม้ดังเป็นระยะตลอดทั้งคืน ตื่นเช้ามาพนักงานขอโทษ และคืนเงินให้ 1 คืน ชื่นชมค่ะ

This place is beyond my exception ! ! The location is perfect, in front of kawaguchiko and the bus stop just next to the hotel. It's a traditional hotel, old building but it's well maintenance and very clean. we really like our room in third floor with a nice view from the window. There is kotatsu in the room so we could keep our feet warm. And the onsen is very nice. we had to skip our sightseeing plan even though we had bought 2 days unlimited pass.

Sangat recommended. traditional hotel jepang yang sangat unik, sangat bersih, terdapat onsen, terdapat pengantaran ke station setelah check-out.

很有日本的氛围。像日式旅馆一样睡觉，日式风格，有温泉。

这个地方离车站很近。免费的私人温泉和晚餐套餐非常棒。

酒店靠近13号公交车站。房间非常漂亮，干净。温泉位于一楼和二楼。工作人员都很好。有前往河口湖站的班车。酒店附近有一家便利店。

房间干净舒适。距离缆车站和富士观光船都很近。
