The toilet is unreasonably small and they did not provide any shampoo and body wash. They charge 2 euro for each luggage stored.

Mucho ruido de la calle en la habitación, baño sucio.

Muy buena atención. La calidad de la habitación no fue muy buena, especialmente porque no tenía ventana en mi caso. Tampoco contaba con un armario apropiado, la ventilación era escasa y el olor no era muy agradable. Limpieza aceptable y buena recepción, pero baja calidad en general. Consultar antes la disponibilidad de ventana si se requiere.

Un sitio íntimo, acogedor, económico para lo que incluye y la verdad es que salimos muy contentos.

Ótima localização porem instalações horriveis, quarto minusculo sem nenhum conforto e banheiro tao pequeno que foi um sacrificio tomar um banho.

For the Price and the location being close to the Bernabéu Stadium it’s ok but really nothing special the air con unit was spitting dust and dirt out onto the bed and the general finish in the room was very poor but again it’s cheap so should know what your getting I guess

出張先に近く、またすぐそばに地下鉄(Quatro Camino)と安いスーパー(Lidl)があり、場所はとても良かったです。

Fint hotel til prisen. Vi havde et rigtig fint ophold. Hotellet er lidt lydt, så man kan høre alt hvad der sker udenfor, men derudover var alt godt 😊

Es económico, en comparación a otros alojamientos

Hostal que cumple con lo que buscaba, economico, limpio y sin lujos. La verdad es que iba bastante preocupada por los comentarios tan negativos que había leido y todo fue correcto. Contacté con ellos para cambiar de habitación porque en la web solo me salia libre matrimonial y yo quería dos camas individuales y sin problema, al llegar estaba ok. Tal y como me habian confirmado por e-mail. Para nosotras tido correcto.

Buena ubicación en la ciudad

Excelente lugar si vas de paso me gusto la atención y amabilidad de los trabajadores, pudimos dejar nuestro equipaje, antes de hacer el check In y nos facilitaron una buena habitación segun nuestro solicitud. Volveremos

Cumple su objetivo

to be honest with you, i went to that place, and there was no recepction desk, i had to walk 50 meters to reach the reception which it was a little bit unconfortable, bc i just got to Madrid and i wanted to reach that place to sleep. The price itself, i mean it was ok... just a little bit expensive, not really worth it to spend like that... for that place well spent it would be a little bit more cheaper tho... nevertheless, it was clean, but very small the shower, i couldnt even take a proper one

Cant expect too much from a hostel but still rather a below average experience given the price.
