酒店位置很好, 近碼頭, 只需步行約2分鐘, 且房間很整潔, 職員也很有善, 我們住的房間內的座厠還有自動感應打開蓋和關蓋, 十分先進。

Tasty Buffet Breakfast and dinner. Room is large and spacious... there is a artificial hot bath on the top floor of the hotel with a nice view.

Convenient location, just next to the pier. The onsen is a bit small. The view of the onsen is good, even though direct looking the scenic spot

早餐款式選擇不算太多﹐落船步行2分鐘已經到酒店，未夠時間check in，先放下行李，回來後，行李已放好在房內。員工們都很有禮，三人房間大，舒適寧靜乾淨有按摩椅，房間內設備齊存，有提供水、兩支炭酸飲品和幾個宮島特產紅葉饅頭給旅客享用。

離車站很近，設備新穎乾淨且齊全，晚餐用buffet形式雖然別有特色，但和同等價位溫泉旅館的傳統料理來比，較不精緻許多，不過晚餐還提供多種酒水，或許更適合嗜酒之客來訪。

離碼頭，景點都近，很方便。 我吃飯喜歡有人服務，早，晚都是自助餐，這點我比較不好，

We had a great stay at this hotel. Optimal location right next to the ferry. Spacious and clean room with beautiful view and atmosphere. The service was warm and helpful.

5階の浴場はそれほど大きくはありませんが浴室も畳敷で気持ち良かったです。夕食は様々な和洋料理が楽しめ会場にある飲み物はアルコールもフリー。朝食のフレンチトーストは絶品！

ご飯もお風呂も皆様の接客もとても素敵でした。大満足です。ありがとうございます！

The location of the hotel was convenient. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had two room, one room had a massage chair and the other, the beds reclined with a push of a button. There laundry room was clean and the washer and dryer worked great. The pastries from the bakery were fresh and delicious. The staff were wonderful! They were kind, helpful and sooo nice. When we left the owner walked us to the door and stood there waving and watching us till we arrived to the entrance of the port, he bowed at us and waved one final time. I highly recommend staying here.
